Our best team Rangers once again had no game over the last two weeks so remain on a total of 65 goals. In second place on 61 and catching up on Rangers is Manchester City. After their two wins over last week they have scored a total of 14 goals in their last four games. Leyton Orient keep third spot as they are now on 54 goals. Peterborough are fourth with 50 goals.
At the other end Crystal Palace picked up another blank score sheet at the weekend and remain on 12 goals. Aston Villa and Doncaster both picked up a single goal at the weekend to give them both 20 goals.
Well it’s that time of year once again and it is going to be a busy week here at Golden Goals HQ. We will be shutting down for a week, so we will keep you up todate when we return after the New Year.

Our worst team is Crystal palace with just 11 goals in sixteen league/cup games. They have had a total of eight blank score sheets through the season but that is not our worst. For the most number of blank score sheets goes to Bristol Rovers with nine out of twenty-three league/cup games.
Premiership leaders Arsenal have a total of 31 goals to date and they have only had two blank score sheets so far. Manchester United are on 27 goals after two defeats last week. United have had a total of four blank score sheets and now two in a row.

We have the English Premiership playing tonight, so another update tomorrow.

WEEK SEVENTEEN

We have another new person at the top this weekend and that person is Paul Davey. Paul picked up a total of ten goals over the last week and a total of 17 over the last two weeks. He has only had two blank score sheets at the weekend to date. Paul’s combination is Manchester City, Rangers and Wolves.
After a run of nine straight weeks at the top Paul Hudson moves down to second place this weekend. The reason for that is that one of his combinations, Watford, has let him down over the last six weeks. Still he is six goals clear of third place Mike Adkins who has now been there for five weeks.
We had a very good week for goals last week. Rangers are still far our best team with 56 goals this season. They have picked up a total of five goals this week and they have scored in all of their sixteen League/cup games. They have a total of 38 votes. Leyton Orient are still our second best team as they picked up another three goals over last week. Orient have a total of 50 goals. Manchester City are third as they have picked up nine goals in their last two games.
At the other end, Crystal Palace are still our worst team this weekend. They lost 1-0 away to Norwich to pick up their 8th blank weekend score sheet to date.
