Paul Hudson has stayed in
second place after collecting a
total of 13 goals for the week his combination is Man City, Rangers and Watford.
In the 103 spot we still have Malcolm Cormack who has now been there for thirteen weeks, and now fourteen
over the season. Malcolm picked up 10 goals this week from his teams of Charlton,
Portsmouth and Swindon. Above him in 102 is now Jim Howard as his teams picked him up 6 goals and
is eleven goals in front of Malcolm.
Rangers
still have that 100% scoring record after a run of forty-two
league/cup games.
In the Premiership, Liverpool are still top here as they lose 2-0
at home to Chelsea. After a
goal run of twenty-eight games, they finaly picked up their 4th
blank score sheet of the season. Chelsea are now on 77 goals and still second in the table. Manchester City are
third as they win 2-0 away to Crystal Palace. City are now on a total of
128 goals and now need just two goals to beat that Peterborough’s record score
of 129 goals scored back in our 2010/11 Season. They have now beaten their
highest score of 124 goals scored in the 2001/02 Season. After a run of scoring
in all of their last five games, Palace picked up blank number seventeen. Everton picked
up their 9th blank score sheet as they lost 2-0 away to Southampton.
Tottenham picked
up goal number 59 as they win just 1-0 away
to Stoke. Manchester
Utd picked up another four goals as they win 4-0 at home against
Norwich. United are now on 71 goals which is still very poor for United. Swansea won 4-1 at home against Aston Villa and are
now on 57 goals while Villa picked up goal number 40.
In
Scotland, Aberdeen are on
64 goals this weekend as they drew1-1 at home to St Johnstone. Morton drew 1-1
at home against Falkirk and are now on 41 goals. Queen Of South are on
63 as they win 2-0 at home to Livingston. Rangers won 3-0 away to Stranraer and are now
on 119 goals. Stenhousemuir
lost 2-1 at home to Airdrie and are now on 66 goals.
The three
best teams to date in Golden Goals are Man City wth 128 goals followed by Rangers on 119. Liverpool are third
with 105 goals and in fourth place on 99 we have Celtic.
Crystal
Palace are still our worst team to date but now with a total
of just 32 goals out of a total of 39 league/cup games.
