Arsenal in next round of FA Cup


At last we have a result in the FA CUP between ARSENAL and HULL in the replay of the fifth round as Arsenal win with the highest score of the night 4-0 away. Arsenal will now play WATFORD in the next round on Sunday and the goals take their goals tally to 57. Hull picked up their 10th blank score sheet and no goals in their last three games. In fact they have scored just three goals in their last eight games.

In the English Championship, BOLTON drew 2-2 at home to IPSWICH to take them up to 40 goals while Ipswich are on 53. BRIGHTON picked up their second blank in a row and now twelve over the season as they drew 0-0 at home to Sheffield Wednesday. LEEDS picked up another two goals as they win 2-0 away to CARDIFF. Leeds are now on 39 goals while Cardiff picked up their 12th blank of the season. CHARLTON drew 0-0 at home to MK DONS and that was their 17th blank to the Dons 16th. BURNLEY are on 60 goals as they win 3-2 away to Fulham.  NOTTINGHAM FOREST picked up goal number 37 as they win 1-0 at home to PRESTON who picked up their 12th blank and now two games in a row. QPR beat DERBY 2-0 at home to take their goals tally to 47. Derby had their 10th blank of the season. MIDDLEBROUGH lost 1-0 away to Rotherham and that was their 13th blank score sheet. WOLVES are on 49 as they win 2-1 at home to BRISTOL CITY who hit goal number 35.
In League One, BURTON ALBION lost 2-0 away to Bradford and that was their 9th blank of the season while SCUNTHORPE won 2-0 at home to Doncaster to take them up to 46 goals after a two game dry spell.
League Two and PORTSMOUTH won 3-1 away to Accrington and they are now on 68 goals.
From our Scottish teams, ABERDEEN won 2-1 away to Partick and they are now on 49 goals while QUEEN OF SOUTH picked up their 10th blank score sheet as they lost 2-0 away to Raith. It’s goal number 40 for STENHOUSEMUIR as they lost 4-1 away to Ayr. BERWICK are on 40 goals as they win 3-0 at home to Arbroath and CLYDE won 3-0 away to East Stirling and that is now six goals in two games and a total of 38 goals.
