Fulham up to Second Place


In the English Championship, Another goal gives FULHAM a total of 74 goals as they win 1-0 at home against READING which moves them up to second place behind Wolves. Reading have now had a total of seventeen blank score sheets and now just one goal in their last three games. CARDIFF drop down to third place as they lost 1-0 away to ASTON VILLA. That now means that Cardiff have had a total of eleven blank score sheets and now two in a row. Villa picked up goal number 73. It’s eighteen blanks for BOLTON as they lost 2-0 at home to Millwall. Bolton have now failed to score in their last three games. BIRMINGHAM lost 3-1 away to Bristol City and that is goal number 41 for them. After picking up four goals at the weekend, HULL have picked up another five in their 5-0 away win over BURTON ALBION. Hull have now taken their goals tally up to 67 while Burton picked up their twenty-second blank of the season.
IPSWICH won 1-0 at home to Barnsley and that is goal number 53 for them. BRENTFORD won 1-0 away to Nottingham Forest and they are now on a total of 66. LEEDS lost 3-1 away to Preston to take their goals total to 67 while QUEENS PARK RANGERS won 4-2 at home to Sheffield Wednesday. Rangers are now on a total of 55 goals. SHEFFIELD UNITED won 2-1 at home to MIDDLESBROUGH and they are now on 63 goals while Brough are on 67. SUNDERLAND are now on 48 goals as they drew 1-1 at home to NORWICH who are now on 58 goals.

In League One, WIGAN won 4-1 away to Rochdale and that now takes their goals tally up to 98 goals. CHARLTON picked up their eleventh blank of the season as they lost 1-0 away to AFC Wimbledon. BLACKBURN drew 0-0 away to Gillingham and after a goal run of ten games, Blackburn picked up blank number seven. FLEETWOOD won 1-0 away to Oxford and they are now on a total of 62 goals.

In League Two, MANSFIELD drew 1-1 away to Stevenage and that is their 68th goal of the season.

In the Scottish Championship, FALKIRK lost 1-0 away to Inverness to get their twelfth blank of the season.
