WEEKEND RESULTS

We had just 3 of our teams without a game over the weekend and another 8 of them failed to score any goals. We then had a better weekend for results. The average score for this weekend was 5 goals up from four last weekend. Well done if you have received more than that from your teams. The highest score over the weekend was 6 goals and they came from the Scottish Cup 2nd Round where PETERHEAD won 5-3 against non-league Lochee United.

Peterhead became our 32nd Scottish team to join Golden Goals back in the 2005/06 Season. In their first season they finished on a total of 63 goals. Their highest score came in 2017/18 with their highest end of season total of 105 goals. Last time out was in the 2019/20 Season and finished with a total of just 33 goals which is their lowest score. This is their sixth season with us, and over the years they have netted a total of 351 goals to date, which gives them an average score of 58 goals per season. They have just 1 vote again this time round. Here are the rest of the results for the weekend.
