Good Friday Results

Okay, let's get right up to date with the results from Good Friday. The biggest score of midweek must go to Wolves after they won 6-4 at home to Rotherham. With their biggest win to date, Wolves are now on 84 goals.

In the Championship, Blackpool picked up their 16th blank score sheet as they lost 1-0 at home to Burnley. Blackpool have now had two blank score sheets in a row. Bournemouth are on 66 goals as they lost 4-2 at home to Sheff Wed. Charlton drew their second game of the week with Bolton 0-0 at home. Charlton have now had a total of twenty-one blank score sheets. Bolton picked up their 12th. Doncaster picked up their 18th as they lost 2-0 at home to Derby. Wigan are now on a total of 70 goals as they win 3-0 against Reading. Reading picked up their 12th blank of the season.

In League One, Peterborough picked up their 13th blank of the season as they lost 1-0 away to Bradford while Brentford picked up their 77th goal of the season as they win 1-0 at home to Preston. Preston have now had a total of fourteen blank score sheets. Bristol City are on 76 as they win 2-1 at home to Notts County. Swindon won 2-1 away to Coventry and take their goals tally to 64 while Leyton Orient are on 88 as they lost 2-1 away to Crawley. Gillingham won 2-0 at home to Tranmere and are now on 58 goals and Sheffield United are on 61 as they win 1-0 at home against Stevenage. MK Dons picked up blank number fourteen as they lost 1-0 away to Port Vale. The Dons have now failed to score in their last two games and have now scored just two goals in their last five games.

In League two, Fleetwood pick up another two goals in their 2-1 away win over Cheltenham. Fleetwood are now on 68 goals. It’s 66 for Scunthorpe as they drew 1-1 away to Morecombe. Southend are on 63 as they win 3-0 away to Rochdale.

In Scotland the only game that we had was with Aberdeen who drew 0-0 away to Inverness. That was their 7th blank of the season.
