Although Golden Goals 33rd Season has not yet started till this weekend coming, our Scottish teams have already started theirs.
They started with the First Round of the Scottish Communities League Cup where we saw nine of our teams in action to date. Six have made it through to the next round and they are FALKIRK after they won 5-0 at home to East Stirling with the highest result in the competition. HEARTS they won 4-2 at home to Arbroath. QUEEN OF THE SOUTH with a 4-3 away win over Annan Athletic. BERWICK won 3-2 at home to Alloa to pick up their very first goals with Golden Goals. HIBERNIAN won 3-0 at home to Montrose while RANGERS did the same winning 3-0 at home to Peterhead.
Teams out are QUEENS PARK as they lost 2-0 at home to Forfar and CLYDE losing 1-0 away to Livingston. STENHOUSEMUIR lost 2-0 away to Stranraer.
