We had two of our Scottish Golden Goals teams in action last
night and they both managed to pick up some goals for us.
In the Scottish Championship, HIBERNIAN
beat Livingston 2-1 at home to remain second in the league. Hibs have now won
eleven of their fourteen league games and they are now on a total of 36 goals.
Hibs could beat their highest score with Golden Goals when they finished
on a total of 98 goals in their second season with us back in our 1998/99
Season. This is their fourth season with Golden Goals and they have a total
of three votes this season and they have now scored in all of their last
fourteen games played.
QUEENS PARK are in their very first season with Golden Goals and last
night they picked up their highest score of the season by beating Montrose 6-1
away in league two. They have now won just six out of their thirteen league
games played and they take their goals total to 25 goals. Their win now moves
them up into sixth place in the league. They have just two votes this season.
Queens Park now becomes our sixth team to hit six goals this season and
they are our second Scottish team after Celtic.
