Golden Goals are still keeping an eye on Celtic this season to see
if they can beat last season’s record run of 47 games and 134 goals. That
record was to score in all of their league and the two domestic cup
competitions without getting a blank score sheet.
Well we have finished week
five and Celtic did not have any games last week for the 113 votes that they
have this season. By the end of week five last Season, Celtic had played four
games and scored a total of 15 goals. This season they have played five games and
netted a total of 13 goals. So although they had played a game more than at
this stage last season, they are now two goals behind so far to date. Celtic
are due to play this Friday night against Hamilton and they will need a very
big score to catch up with last season.
