In the Carabao Cup Semi-finals
second leg game, Bristol City have given a tough ride for MANCHESTER CITY, but it was Manchester City that have made it
through to the final after they won their second leg game 3-2 away. Manchester
City win 5-2 on aggregate and that now means that the final will be a north v’s
south. City have now taken their goals tally to 82.
In the WILLIAM HILL CUP Fourth Round games, FALKIRK are through to the next round after they won 1-0 away to Livingston to take their goals tally to 35 but PETERHEAD go out as they lost 3-2 at home to Dumbarton and they are now on 74 goals.
Meanwhile in the English League One BRADFORD lost 2-0 away to Rotherham and that is their seventh blank
of the season. SCUNTHORPE drew 1-1
at home to DONCASTER and they are
now on 44 goals to Doncasters 47.
In the Scottish Premiership CELTIC
after their big cup win last weekend, start looking at the league once again
and they have extended their lead for a while as they win 2-1 away to Partick.
Celtic are now on a total of 70 goals.
