Day Eleven

Day Eleven of the tournament and in Group G ENGLAND won their first game against Tunisia and needed another win to keep up with Belgium in their group. England took on Panama in their second game and broke all records as they were 5-0 up at half-time and finished the game winning 6-1. As England go top of the group and with the biggest score so far in this World Cup, England have taken their goals tally up to 8 goals in which the English captain Harry Kane, scored a hat-trick and is now top scorer for Russia 2018 with five goals. In Brazil 2014 England never made the second round and the last time that England had a big score in the World Cup was back in the 1966 World Cup Final. In the group table, England are top with Belgium, Tunisia and Panama are going home.

In Group H, SENEGAL had won their first game against Poland and their next game was against Japan who had also won their first game. Senegal went a goal ahead twice but drew 2-2 with Japan at the final whistle. Senegal have doubled their goals score to 4 goals. In the other game POLAND faced COLUMBIA after they lost their first game to Senegal. Columbia lost their first game to Japan. Columbia came out on top with a 3-0 win against Poland. Columbia are now on a total of 4 goals while Poland are going home with one goal to date.
In this group Japan are top with Senegal second both on 4 points. Columbia are in third place with 3 points.
