We had a fairly good night’s football last
night with some big results from our Golden
Goals teams.
In the Championship
WATFORD drew 1-1 away to Birmingham to pick up another single goal.
Watford have now picked up 4 goals in four games. LUTON lost 2-0 away to
Bristol City to pick up their third blank of the season after five games
played. BURNLEY drew 1-1 at home against Hull and they are on a total of
3 goals. NORWICH won their first league game 2-1 at home to HUDDERSFIELD.
Norwich are on a total of 6 goals while Huddersfield also picked up their sixth
goal of the season. SWANSEA drew 2-2 at home to Millwall and they are on
a total of 6 goals.
In League
One BRISTOL ROVERS lost 3-0 away to Barnsley and that is their second
blank of the season. IPSWICH won 1-0 away to Burton and they are on a
total of 7 goals. CHARLTON are just one of our big scorers last night as
they picked up their highest score of the season by winning 5-1 at home to PLYMOUTH.
Charlton are on a total of 9 goals while Plymouth picked up their fifth. MK
DONS won their very first league game with a 3-1 home win against Port
Vale. The Dons with their biggest result to date are now on a total of 3 goals.
OXFORD UTD lost 2-1 at home to LINCOLN CITY. Oxford are on a
total of 4 goals to Lincoln’s 7 goals. PETERBOROUGH won 2-0 at home to SHEFFIELD
WEDNESDAY and they are a total of 10 goals. Wednesday who had scored in all
of their first four games, picked up their first blank of the season. DERBY
drew 0-0 away to Shrewsbury and that is their second blank score sheet.
In League Two BRADFORD lost 1-0 away to Colchester and that was their second blank of the season. CRAWLEY lost 3-2 at home to Northampton and they are on a total of 3 goals. SUTTON lost 1-0 away to Crewe to pick up their second blank of the season. STOCKPORT lost 2-1 away to Doncaster and they are on a total of 6 goals and a goal run of five games. GILLINGHAM picked up their third blank score sheet and now two games in a row after they lost 2-0 at home to Harrogate. MANSFIELD picked up their biggest result of the season by winning 5-2 at home to AFC WIMBLEDON. Mansfield have taken their goals tally up to 7 goals while Wimbledon are on 6 goals. SALFORD CITY picked up another three goals in their 3-2 away win over Newport. Salford are now on a total of 9 goals. SWINDON drew 1-1 at home to Leyton Orient and that is goal number two for them.
