Good Friday Results

In the Good Friday games we had some really good results, that’s if you had the teams in your combination.
In the English Championship, BRIGHTON are now four points clear of Newcastle as they win 2-0 away to WOLVES. As Brighton take their goals tally to 83, Wolves picked up their fourteenth blank of the season.NEWCASTLE in second place drew 1-1 at home to LEEDS UNITED to pick up goal number 90 to Leeds 64. BRENTFORD won 4-0 at home to DERBY and they are now on a total of 74 while Derby picked up their eighteenth blank score sheet. QUEENS PARK RANGERS are now on a total of 54 goals as they lost 2-1 away to Bristol City. PRESTON lost 3-2 away to Huddersfield and they are now on 68 goals. NORWICH lost 3-1 at home to Fulham and they are now on 85 goals while SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY are on 55 goals as they won 1-0 at home to CARDIFF who picked up their fourteenth blank of the season.

In League One, Champions SHEFFIELD UNITED are on 92 goals as they win 3-0 away to PORT VALE who have now has a total of sixteenth blank score sheets and now three blanks in a row. BRADFORD won 1-0 at home to Oxford to take their goals total to 59. SCUNTHORPE won 1-0 away to MK DONS and they are now on 76 goals while the Dons picked up their sixteenth blank of the season. MILLWALL are on 78 goals as they win 3-0 at home to Northampton. SOUTHEND won 4-0 away to Chesterfield and they are now on a total of 69 goals. CHARLTON drew 1-1 to bottom of the table Coventry and they hit goal number 56. GILLINGHAM won 3-1 at home to BRISTOL ROVERS and they are on 67 goals while Rovers picked up goal number 71. PETERBOROUGH lost 2-1 at home to Fleetwood to take their goals tally to 69. WALSALL drew 1-1 away to Shrewsbury and they are now on 49 goals.

In League Two, DONCASTER drew 1-1 away to COLCHESTER to go six points clear of Plymouth. Doncaster are on 84 goals while Colchester are on 62. PLYMOUTH drew 1-1 away to PORTSMOUTH and they are on 65 goals while Portsmouth are on 70 goals. LUTON drew 2-2 at home to LEYTON ORIENT. Luton take their goals tally to 73 while bottom of the table Orient after a three game dry spell for goals are now on 45. After a run of scoring in all of their last thirteen games, ACCRINGTON STANLEY picked up their fourteenth blank of the season as they drew 0-0 away to Blackpool. YEOVIL picked up their seventeenth blank of the season after they lost 1-0 away to Newport.

Just one result from Scotland in their Premiership where KILMARNOCK drew 0-0 at home to Hearts, to pick up their fourteenth blank of the season.
