Could City Already be Champions?

In the Premier League MANCHESTER CITY remained top after they won 2-0 at home to BRENTFORD. City have extended their goal run to sixteen games and they are on a total of 71 goals. Brentford picked up their ninth blank of the season. CRYSTAL PALACE drew 1-1 away to Norwich and they are on a total of 36 goals. TOTTENHAM lost 3-2 at home to Southampton but they are on a total of 39 goals. ASTON VILLA are back in play and they drew 3-3 at home to Leeds Utd. Villa have taken their goals tally to 38. 

In the Championship, BOURNEMOUTH have moved back up to second place after they won 3-1 at home against Birmingham. Bournemouth have taken their goals tally to 55. NOTTINGHAM FOREST won 2-0 away to Blackburn and they are on a total of 48 goals and a goal run of seven games. READING lost 2-1 away to Bristol City and that is goal number 35 for them. CARDIFF CITY picked up their highest result of the season by winning 4-0 at home to PETERBOROUGH. Cardiff are now on a total of 41 goals while Borough picked up their sixteenth blank of the season. PRESTON picked up their eleventh blank of the season as they drew 0-0 at home to Huddersfield. SHEFFIELD UNITED won 2-0 at home to WEST BROM and they are on a total of 42 goals. West Brom picked up their thirteenth blank score sheet and now three in a row. 

In the Scottish Premiership CELTIC have remained top and a point in front of their rivals as they win 3-2 away to ABERDEEN. Celtic are now on a total of 68 goals and a goal run of eight games. Aberdeen have taken their goals total up to 34. RANGERS are on a total of 67 goals as they win 2-0 at home to Hibernian. It’s 50 goals for HEARTS as they lose 2-1 at home to Dundee. 

In the Championship KILMARNOCK lost 2-1 at home to Ayr and they are on a total of 38 goals and remain second in the table.
