So at Day
fifteen, In GROUP G, Top of the
Group GERMANY
took on second place USA and what a game
it was. Once again Howard, the American goal keeper played a great game and
kept the Americans in the tournament as Germany win just 1-0. Germany remained
top with seven points and now have a total of 7 goals. USA finished second
which for the under dog of this group, is a great success. They had four points
and 4 goals to date. In the other match, PORTUGAL won 2-1 against Ghana after Ghana gave
them a goal in the first half. Portugal are out with four points and just 4
goals. Ghana are last with just one point.
In GROUP H, Top of the group BELGIUM
played South Korea and won 1-0 which means that Belgium have won all of their
three games with nine points and 4 goals. Runner up came Algeria after they
drew 1-1 with RUSSIA.
Algeria have four points. Russia go home with two points and 2 goals. South
Korea come sin last with just one point.
So At the end
of day fifteen at the World Cup, our goals total now stands at 92 goals. The
Nations that have made it through to the second round so far are ARGENTINA, BELGIUM, BRAZIL, CHILE,
COLOMBIA, FRANCE, GERMANY, HOLLAND, MEXICO, NIGERIA , URUGUAY
and USA.
