Sunderland Start Well

Our first English League game of our 35^th Season was played on Friday night in the Championship where SUNDERLAND drew their first game 1-1 at home to Derby.

Sunderland started with Golden Goals back in our second season of 1984/85 where they were our 36^th voted English team and finished the season with 52 goals. Their best score came in 1998/99 with 108 goals. This will be Sunderland’s 13^th Season with us and it was eight years ago that we last saw them when they finished on 58 goals back in the 2009/10 Season. Over the years they have netted a total of 911 goals which gives them an average score of 75 goals per season, They have four votes this season and now one goal to their total.
