In the English Premiership, LIVERPOOL drew 1-1 at home to LEICESTER
CITY and are now five points clear of Manchester City in second place. The
single goal takes Liverpool’s goals total to 57 and have now scored in all of
their last seventeen games. Leicester picked up goal number 36. CHELSEA have picked up their seventh
blank score sheet of the season as they lost 4-0 away to BOURNEMOUTH who are now on 46 goals. TOTTENHAM are now on 66 goals as they win 2-1 at home to Watford.
In the WILLIAM HILL CUP fourth
round, RANGERS are through to
the next round as they beat Cowdenbeath 3-1 away. Rangers are now on 57 goals.
In the Scottish Premiership, CELTIC won 2-0 at home against St Johnstone and they are now on a
total of 66 goals.
