WEEK TWENTY-FIVE

Hello all, back with the next New Sheet of the 31st Season of Golden Goals and a very good week that we had for goals.
As you can see that we have a new leader this week,  Mike Adkins.  Mike did very well over the last week with his combination of Arsenal, Manchester City and Rangers by picking up a total of 16 goals for the whole week.  Although Chris has moved down to second place, due to the number of weekend goals he has, it is still anyones title in the top six positions this weekend.
At the other end we have John Dove back at number 103. John has picked up just five goals  this week from his combination of Arsenal, Bolton and Doncaster, John is now just one goal behind Malcolm Cormack who is now on 115 goals after picking up a total of nine goals. John  has been at the bottom for a total of eleven weeks this season to date.
Last seasons champion Alice Stubbs remains at 19th place this weekend after she picked up a total of ten goals from her combination this week.
Manchester City are our best team this weekend with a total of 92 goals while Rangers remained as our second best team now twelve goasl behind City on 80 this week. Peterborough are now in third place with 68. Still a bit of a gap now between our best three teams this weekend.
At the other end Crystal Palace picked up their 18th goal of the season as they lost 2-1 away to Wigan in the FA Cup 4th Round. Aston Villa are our second worst team this weekend with 26 goals and Morton become our third worst team this weekend with 27 goals.
We have a very busy week coming up in that there are loads of league games being played tonight and for the rest of the week. Last night Scunthorpe drew 0-0 with Fleetwood Town to pick up their 7th blank score sheet of the season while Fleet picked up their 9th.
