FA CUP 4th Round

 

In the last of the FA CUP 4^th round games, WEST HAM are through to the next round after they won 2-0 away to DERBY. West Ham are on a total of 22 goals and will be playing Manchester United in the 5^th round. Derby after a goal run of six games, picked up their 11^th blank of the season.

Here is our up to date list of our six top teams in our 40^th Season of Golden Goals. The goals come from League games, FA Cup and League Cup. Scottish teams are also from their League and their two domestic cups.

Week Twenty-Seven

Here we are with Week Twenty-Seven of  the competition and we had our 23^rd winner in our 40^th Season of  Golden Goals. The cash prize money of £5 went to DAVID BARRETT on a score of 9 goals.

David has been with us for six seasons now as he started with us in the 2017/18 Season. In his first season, David finished in the winning frame in 16^th place with a total of 305 goals. In fact David has finished in the winning frame in his first four seasons. His best was in the 2019/20 Season with 321 goals and 4^th place. Last season he finished in 112^th  place with 172 goals. This season David has been as high as 2^nd place in Weeks One and Three. He has only picked up two blank score sheets at the weekend. His teams are

100 MIDWEEK GOALS JACKPOT

Over half of us have managed to pick up some midweek goals again this week with another small change in the leading pack this week as we had another six players to reach that half-way mark which now gives us a total of 40 players are now over the half way mark for the £40 cash prize money. We had four players that picked up the most amount of goals with five each.

We now have JAMES BLYTH out in front this week with a total of 66 goals. James has Ipswich, Manchester City and Sheffield Wednesday. In second place we still have COLIN WEBB now on a total of 63 goals. In third place both down from one we have HAYLEY ADKINS and NICK HORTON both now on a total of 62 goals. In fourth place we still have (me) STEVE REEVE and now joined with CHRIS DICKER up from five. We both are on a total of 61 goals. In fifth place with a total of 60 goals we now have TOBY BICKNELL our 2014/15 Champion and CHRIS NUNN both down from three. In sixth place this week we have FIONA CARHTY with BRUCE SELF both with a total of 59 goals. 

WEEKEND RESULTS

We had just 42 of our teams in action and out of them 13 failed to score any goals. It was not a very good weekend for goals once again this week. The average score went down from five last weekend back down to 3 goals this weekend. So if you did better than that, well done. 

The highest result that we had came from the Scottish Premiership where HIBERNIAN picked up their biggest result of the season by winning 6-0 at home against out of form ABERDEEN. Hibs have taken their goals tally to 45 goals while Aberdeen picked up their 7^th blank of the season and now three games without a goal.

Hibs are in the 7^th Season with Golden Goals as they started with us back in the 1997/98 Season. They became our 20^th Scottish team to be voted in. In their first season they scored a total of 43 goals. In the following season of 1998/99, they finished on a total of 89 goals which is their highest to date. Their last time out was back in the 2018/19 Season where they finished with a total of 61 goals. Over the season’s they have netted a total of 457 goals which gives them an average score of 65 goals per season. This season they have just 2 votes and they have picked up a total of eight blank score sheets. 

FA CUP 4^th Round

We had a total of 15 of our teams in cup action and out of them only 5 have made it through to the next round so far. They are LEEDS UNITED who won 3-1 away to Accrington and they are now on a total of 39 goals. LEICESTER CITY won 1-0 away to Walsall and that is goal number 36 for them. TOTTENHAM won 3-0 away to Preston and have taken their goals total to 44. MANCHESTER UNITED won 3-1 away to READING and they are now on a total of 50 goals while Reading hit goal number 35. BRIGHTON won 2-1 at home to LIVERPOOL and they are on a total of 50 goals to Liverpool's total of 40.

In replays we have FULHAM who drew 1-1 at home to SUNDERLAND and they are on a total of 35 goals after a two game dry spell. Sunderland are on 44 goals and a goal run of eleven games now. IPSWICH TOWN drew 0-0 at home to BURNLEY. Ipswich picked up their 4^th blank of the season after a goal run of seven games. Burnley picked up their 3^rd blank of the season after a goal run of six games. LUTON TOWN drew 2-2 at home to Grimsby and they are on a total of 42 goals and a goal run of ten games. SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY drew 1-1 at home to Fleetwood and that is goal number 60 for them. SHEFFIELD UNITED drew 3-3 away to non-league Wrexham and have taken their goals tally up to 53 goals and a goal run of ten games.

Other teams that went out are WEST BROM who lost 3-0 away to Bristol City to pick up their 7^th blank score sheet after a goal run of eleven games. 

CHAMPIONSHIP

We had just three of our teams in action in this league with HUDDERSFIELD who lost 2-0 away to Coventry and they have now had a total of eleven blank score sheets. MIDDLESBROUGH won 2-0 at home to WATFORD and they are on a total of 45 goals. Watford picked up their 11^th blank of the season. 

LEAGUE ONE

Top of the table Plymouth had no game this weekend with Sheffield Wednesday still in second as they played in the FA Cup.

In the Play-Offs we have Ipswich in third place with Derby still in fourth place.

Meanwhile CHARLTON lost 2-1 at home to Bolton and they picked up goal number 51. OXFORD UNITED lost 2-0 away to Burton. LINCOLN CITY drew 0-0 at home to Cambridge Utd and picked up their 12^th blank score sheet and now two in a row. MK DONS lost 2-0 at home to Exeter and they have now had a total of thirteen blank score  and now two games in a row. BRISTOL ROVERS lost 5-1 away to Morecambe and they are on a total of 44 goals. PETERBOROUGH won 2-1 at home to Portsmouth and they are on a total of 49 goals. Bottom of the table FOREST GREEN ROVERS lost 2-1 away to Shrewsbury and they are on a total of 31 goals 

LEAGUE TWO

The highest teams that we have in this league are all in the Play-Offs. They are SALFORD CITY in fifth place who lost 3-2 away to CRAWLEY TOWN. Salford are on a total of 38 goals and have now scored in all of their last nine games. Crawley are back in play and are now on a total of 34 goals. SWINDON are in sixth place as they drew 3-3 at home to GILLINGHAM. Swindon  have taken their goals tally to 36 while Gillingham are now on a total of 23 goals. MANSFIELD TOWN have moved up to seventh place after they won 4-1 at home against Doncaster. Mansfield are now on a total of 43 goals.

Meanwhile after a two game dry spell, AFC WIMBLEDON won 1-0 at home to STOCKPORT COUNTY and they are on a total of 34 goals. Stockport picked up their 6^th blank of the season and now two games in a row without a goal. SUTTON UNITED picked up goal number 28 after they won 1-0 away to Harrogate 

SCOTTISH LEAGUE RESULTS

In the Premiership Champions CELTIC won 2-0 away to Dundee Utd and they are now on a total of 86 goals. They have now scored in all of their last nineteen games. RANGERS in second place won 2-0 at home against St Johnston and they are on a total of 60 goals and a goal run of twenty games now. HEARTS after a goal run of nine games drew 0-0 away to Livingston to pick up their 7^th blank of the season.

In League One ALLOA lost 4-0 away to Airdrie and they have now had a total of seven blank score sheets. KELTY HEARTS have taken their goals tally to 29 as they drew 3-3 away to Montrose.

In League Two STENHOUSEMUIR won 2-0 at home to Elgin and they are on a total of 48 goals and they have now scored in all of their last twenty-one games. BONNYRIGG ROSE lost 1-0 away to Dumbarton and that is their 7^th blank of the season and now three games in a row.

Our best performing team are now STENHOUSEMUIR as they have now scored in all of their last 21 league/cup games played. They have a total of 48 goals. That still gives them an average score of 1.7 goals per game. 

Our worst performing team is GILLINGHAM this weekend as they have picked up 19^th blank score sheets out of 35 League/Cup games played. 

Our highest goal scorers in our 40^th Season are CELTIC who won 9-0 away to Dundee Utd in the league and LIVERPOOL who won 9-0 at home to Bournemouth in the league both from Week Five.

Our 2010/11 Champion TONY GUY with his second selection, has remained at the top for his 14^th consecutive weekend. Tony picked up a total of just 3 goals this week from Arsenal, Celtic and Sheffield Wednesday and is still just 2 goals in front. Mark Gregory remains in second place this weekend. Mark picked up a total of 3 goals from his combination of Celtic, Manchester City and Norwich.  

At the other end at 108 we still have SANDRA NICHOLLS as she picked up just one goal. Sandra’s teams are Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and Leicester City. Sandra has now been here for a total of 14 weeks throughout the season.

Start of the FA CUP 4th Round

 

In the very first game of the FA CUP fourth round, MANCHESTER CITY are our first team through to the next round after they beat league leaders ARSENAL 1-0 at home with the goal coming in the second half. City are on a total of 63 goals while Arsenal picked up their 2^nd blank of the season.

United and Newcastle in Cup Final?

In the other 1^st leg semi-final of the Carabao Cup, MANCHESTER UNITED won 3-0 away to Nottingham Forest. United have taken their goals total to 47 goals and have extended their goal run to sixteen games. 

Newcastle Nearer to Cup Final

In the Carabao Cup semi-final 1^st leg, NEWCASTLE have won their first game 1-0 away to Southampton and they are on a total of 40 goals. 

In League One FOREST GREEN ROVERS lost 1-0 away to Bolton and that is their 11^th blank of the season. IPSWICH won 4-0 at home to Morecambe and they have taken their goals tally to 64. MK DONS picked up their 12^th blank score sheet after they lost 1-0 at home to Shrewsbury. DERBY won 2-1 away to Port Vale and they are on a total of 55 goals and a goal run of six games. OXFORD UNITED lost 2-0 away to Wycombe and they have now had a total of ten blank score sheets.

In League Two SALFORD CITY drew 1-1 away to Colchester and they are on a total of 36 goals and a goal run of eight games. STOCKPORT COUNTY drew 0-0 at home to BRADFORD CITY and that is their 5^th blank of the season. Bradford picked up their 10^th and now two games without a goal. 

Shock Aberdeen's Cup Exit

In the SCOTTISH CUP fourth round ABERDEEN lost 1-0 away to non-league Darvel, producing the biggest upset in the Scottish Cup 149 year's history as the sixth-tier outfit defeated premiership Aberdeen. Off form Aberdeen have now had a total of six blank score sheets and now two games in a row without a goal. It’s Aberdeen's seventh defeat in nine games. 

In the Premier League FULHAM lost 1-0 at home to TOTTENHAM and picked up their 5^th blank of the season and have now failed to score in their last two games. Tottenham picked up goal number 41.

Here we are with Week Twenty-Six of  the competition and we are back with our normal weekend cash prize money of £5 once again. The cash went to MARK GREOGRY on a score of 12 goals which is his second win of the season. Mark had a shared win back in Week Thirteen with nine goals. He has picked up another three blank score sheets since then  at the weekends which now gives him a total of five. Celtic is still his best team. His teams are once again

Patrick has Liverpool, Manchester City and West Brom. The goals have taken his midweek total to 50. Abbey’s teams are Hearts, Liverpool and Manchester City and she is now on a total of 45.

We still have joint leaders this week with JAMES BLYTH and NICK HORTON remaining there and now with HAYLEY ADKINS who has moved back up from second place. All three are on a total of 61 goals. In second place up from three we now have COLIN WEBB on a total of 60 goals. In third place we still have TOBY BICKNELL our 2014/15 Champion and CHRIS NUNN now on a total of 59 goals. In fourth place we still have SIMON DICKINSON and (me) STEVE REEVE we are now joined with KEITH THOMSON up from five. We are all on a total of 58 goals. In fifth place with a total of 57 goals we have RICK WOOD our 2007/08 Champion  down from fourth place with CHRIS DICKER moving up from sixth place. MARK GREGORY moves back in to the race. In sixth place this week we have FIONA CARHTY moving down from five with a total of 56 goals. 

WEEKEND RESULTS

Due to the very bad weather that we have had in the UK this weekend we had just 36 of our teams in action and out of them 10 failed to score any goals. It was not a very good weekend for goals this week due to many of our teams out of action. But the average score of three goals from last weekend did move up to 5 goals this weekend. So if you did better than that, well done.

The highest result that we had came from the Scottish Premiership where champions CELTIC won 5-0 at home against Greenock Morton in the SCOTTISH CUP. The goals have taken their goals total to 84 and a goal run of eighteen games. 

PREMIER LEAGUE

ARSENAL are still top of the league after they won 3-2 at home against MANCHESTER UNITED. Arsenal are now on a total of 49 goals and now just 5 points in front. United are on a total of 44 goals and a goal run of fifteen games. Second place MANCHESTER CITY won 3-0 at home to Wolves and are now on a total of 62 goals. NEWCASTLE are still in third place after they drew 0-0 away to CRYSTAL PALACE. Newcastle picked up their 7^th blank of the season while Palace picked up their 10^th and now just two goals in their last five games. LIVERPOOL drew 0-0 at home to CHELSEA to get their 5^th blank of the season while Chelsea picked up their 8^th. BOURNEMOUTH drew 1-1 at home to Nottingham Forest and that is their 27^th goal of the season. After a two game dry spell for goals, LEICESTER CITY are on a total of 35 goals as they drew 2-2 at home against BRIGHTON. Brighton are on a total of 48 goals and a goal run of six games. It’s 30 goals for ASTON VILLA after they won 1-0 away to Southampton. WEST HAM won 2-0 at home against EVERTON and they are on a total of 20 goals. Everton picked up their 8^th blank of the season. LEEDS UNITED drew 0-0 at home to Brentford and they have now had a total of seven blank score sheets. 

CHAMPIONSHIP

Burnley are still at the top here and 5 points in front of  Sheffield United in second place.  

In the Play-Offs WATFORD are still in third place after they drew 1-1 at home to Rotherham. Watford are on a total of 34 goals. NORWICH are now up to fifth place after they won 4-2 away to Coventry and they have taken their goals total to 44. MIDDLESBROUGH are down to sixth place after they lost 2-0 away to SUNDERLAND and after a goal run of twelve games Brough have picked up their 7^th blank of the season. Sunderland are on a total of 43 goals.

Meanwhile SWANSEA drew 1-1 away to QPR to pick up their 44^th goal of the season and a goal run of eight games now. READING picked up their 9^th blank of the season after they lost 4-0 away to Stoke. It’s 40 goals for LUTON after they won 2-0 away to Wigan. Luton have now scored in all of their last eight games. 

LEAGUE ONE

Top of the table PLYMOUTH won 4-2 at home to Cheltenham and they have taken their goals tally to 52. SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY are still in second place as they won 1-0 at home to Fleetwood and picked up their 59^th goal of the season and a goal run of six games now.   

In the Play-Offs we have IPSWICH are still in third place as they lost 2-1 away to OXFORD UNITED. Ipswich are on a total of 60 goals while Oxford are on 41. DERBY are still in fourth place after they won 3-1 at home to Bolton and they have taken their goals tally to 53.

Meanwhile FOREST GREEN ROVERS lost 2-1 at home to MK DONS. Rovers are on a total of 30 goals while MK Dons are on 38. 

LEAGUE TWO

Due to the bad weather, we only managed to have one of our teams in action here and they were GILLINGHAM. They are now second from bottom of the table but they won their 4^th league game of the season as they win 2-0 away to Colchester. Gillingham are now on a total of 20. 

SCOTTISH LEAGUE RESULTS

In the SCOTTISH CUP fourth round, we had just six of our teams in action. Out of them three are through to the next round. We already know about Celtic’s comfortable 5-0 home win against Greenock Morton. But also through are RANGERS who won 1-0 away to St Johnstone and that is their 58^th goal of the season and a goal run of nineteen games. HEARTS won 3-0 away to HIBERNIAN and are now on a total of 45 goals. Hibs picked up their 8^th blank of the season. Teams that are out of the cup are ALLOA who lost 2-1 at home to Falkirk. Alloa are on a total of 48 goals. STENHOUSEMUIR lost 3-1 at home to Livingston and they are on a total of 46 goals and they have now scored in all of their last twenty games.   

In League Two BONNYRIGG ROSE lost 4-0 away to Anna and that is their 6^th blank of the season and now two games in a row.

The Championship Race

In the Championship both of the top two teams won last night. Top of the table BURNLEY won 2-1 at home against WEST BROM to take their goals tally to 63 and a goal run of six games. West Brom are on a total of 44 goals and a goal run of eleven games. SHEFFIELD UNITED in second place won 1-0 at home to Hull and that is their 50^th goal of the season and a goal run of nine games.

City Fight Back to Win

In the Premier League second place MANCHESTER CITY had to fight back after they went down 2-0 just before half time against TOTTENHAM. City finally won the game 4-2 which takes their goals tally to 59.Tottenham are on a total of 40 goals.

  

Last FA CUP 3rd Round Replays

In the very last game of the FA CUP third round LEEDS UNITED won 5-2 at home against Cardiff City and with their biggest result of the season, they have taken their goals tally to 36. 

In the Premier League CRYSTAL PALACE drew 1-1 at home to MANCHESTER UNITED. Palace are on a total of 21 goals and United are on a total of 42. 

In the Scottish Premiership Champions CELTIC won 4-0 at home to St Mirren and they have taken their goals total to 79 goals and a goal run of seventeen games. RANGERS in second place won 3-2 away to Kilmarnock and they are now on a total of 57 goals and a goal run of eighteen games. HEARTS in third place won 5-0 at home against ABERDEEN and they have taken their goals total to 42 goals. Aberdeen picked up their 5^th blank of the season.

  

FA CUP 3rd Round Replays

 

In the FA CUP 3^rd round replays we had five of our Golden Goals teams in action and out of them three have made it through to the next round. They are LIVERPOOL after they finally win 1-0 away to Wolves. They picked up their 39^th goal of the season. LUTON won 2-1 away to Wigan and they are on a total of 38 goals and have now extended their goal run to eight games. WEST BROM won 4-0 at home against non-league Chesterfield. That has taken West Broms goal tally up to 43 and a goal run of ten games.

Teams that went out are FOREST GREEN ROVERS who lost 2-1 at home to Birmingham and they are on a total of 29 goals. SWANSEA lost 2-1 at home to Bristol City and they are on a total of 43 goals and have now scored in all of their last seven games.

Three Points for Peterborough

In League One, PETERBOROUGH have moved up to 7^th place after they won 2-0 away to Port Vale. Peterborough are on a total of 47 goals and have now won two of their last five league games. 

Week Twenty-Five

Here we are with Week Twenty-FIve of  the competition and we are back with our normal weekend cash prize money of £5. The cash went to our 22^nd winner of the season PETER PORTER on a score of 8 goals which is the lowest since Week Four. Peter started with Golden Goals in the 1989/90 Season on where he finished in 40^th place with a total of 182 goals and he had one shared weekend win. Last season Peter finished in 48^th place with a total of 275 goals. This season he has been as high as 29^th place in Week Twenty-One. He has picked up a total of five blank weekend score sheets. His best team is Manchester City netting 55 of his total of 146 goals. His teams are

In fourth place we still have SIMON DICKINSON and RICK WOOD our 2007/08 Champion  but they are now joined with (me) STEVE REEVE all of us are on a total of 53 goals. WEEKEND RESULTS

This weekend we had all but 6 of our teams were in action and out of them 13 failed to score any goals. Now that we are getting back to normal, last weekend we had our first average score of 5 goals to start 2023. This weekend the  average score fell down to just 3 goals. So if you did better than that, well done.

The highest result that we had came from League Two where SWINDON won 5-0 at home against Grimsby. The goals have taken their goals total to 33. Swindon became our 56^th voted team back in the 1986/87 Season and they finished with a total of 99 goals. It was not long before they hit their first and only 100 goals in the 1989/90 Season. Last season they finished with a total of 85 goals. PREMIER LEAGUE

ARSENAL are still top of the league after they won 2-0 away to London rivals TOTTENHAM. Arsenal are on a total of 46 goals while Tottenham picked up their 4^th blank of the season. Arsenal are 8 points in front of second place MANCHESTER CITY after they lost 2-1 away to MANCHESTER UNITED after going a goal up. City are on a total of 55 goals as they lost their 3^rd league game. United are on  a total of 41 goals and have extended their goal run to thirteen games. NEWCASTLE are now in third place after they won 1-0 at home to FULHAM. They are on a total of 39 goals while Fulham picked up their 4^th blank of the season after a goal run of seven games. CHELSEA won 1-0 at home to CRYSTAL PALACE and are on  a total of 22 goals. Palace picked up their 9^th blank score sheet. A shock result at the weekend is where BRIGHTON beat LIVERPOOL 3-0 at home. Brighton have taken their goals tally to 46 while Liverpool after a goal run of six games, picked up their 4^th blank of the season. EVERTON lost 2-1 at home to Southampton and they are on a total of 18 goals. LEICESTER CITY picked up their 8^th blank score sheet and now two games in a row after they lost 2-0 away to Nottingham Forest. WEST HAM lost 1-0 away to Wolves and they have now had a total of nine blank score sheets. BOURNEMOUTH lost 2-0 away to Brentford and that is their 12^th blank score sheet and they have now scored just 2 goals in their last six games. 

CHAMPIONSHIP

Top of the table BURNLEY won 1-0 at home to Coventry and that is goal number 61 for them. SHEFFIELD UNITED are in second place after they won 3-1 at home against Stoke. United are now on a total of 49 goals and a goal run of eight games now.

In the Play-Offs WATFORD are now in third place after they won 2-0 at home to Blackpool. Watford are on a total of 33 goals. MIDDLESBROUGH are in fourth place after they won 1-0 at home to MIllwall and they are on a total of 43 goals and a goal run of twelve games now. In sixth place we have WEST BROM who won 3-2 away to LUTON. West Brom are now on a total of 39 goals and a goal run of nine games. Luton are on a total of 36 goals and a goal run of seven games.

Meanwhile HUDDERSFIELD drew 1-1 away to Hull and they are on a total of 27 goals. After failing to score in their previous two games, NORWICH picked up their biggest result of the season by winning 4-0 away to Preston. Norwich have taken their goals total to 40. READING drew 2-2 at home to QPR and that has taken their goals tally to 34. SUNDERLAND lost 3-1 at home to SWANSEA and they are on a total of 41goals and a goal run of nine games. Swansea are now on a total of 42 goals and a goal run of six games. 

LEAGUE ONE

Top of the table PLYMOUTH drew again 1-1 away to IPSWICH. Plymouth are on a total of 48 goals while Ipswich in third place are on 59 goals. SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY are in second place as they win 1-0 away to Wycombe and picked up their 58^th goal of the season.

In the Play-Offs we have Ipswich in third place with DERBY in fourth place. They won 3-2 away to Cheltenham and they have taken their goals tally to 51.

Meanwhile BRISTOL ROVERS lost 2-0 away to Accrington and that is their 6^th blank score sheet after a goal run of seven games. It’s 50 goals for CHARLTON after they won 2-0 at home to Barnsley. FOREST GREEN ROVERS are at the bottom of the table as they drew 1-1 away to Exeter and they are on a total of 28 goals. After they failed to score in their last two games, OXFORD UNITED won 2-1 away to Fleetwood and they are on a total of 39 goals. MK DONS drew 0-0 at home to LINCOLN CITY and picked up their 11^th blank score sheet while Lincoln also picked up their 11^th blank of the season. 

LEAGUE TWO

In the Play-Offs we have SALFORD CITY in fifth place after they won 2-0 at home to SUTTON UNITED and they are now on a total of 35 goals and a goal run of seven games now. Sutton picked up their 11^th blank of the season. Swindon are now in sixth place after their win. BRADFORD CITY are in seventh place after their 0-0 away draw against AFC WIMBLEDON. Bradford have now had a total of nine blank score sheets to Wimbledon’s total of eleven and now two in a row.

Meanwhile GILLINGHAM may be bottom of the table but they won their 3^rd league game of the season, 2-0 at home against Hartlepool. Gillingham after scoring just one goal in their last five games, are now on a total of 18. MANSFIELD TOWN drew 1-1 at home to Crewe and that is their 39^th goal of the season. STOCKPORT COUNTY won 2-0 at home to Northampton and are on a total of 46 goals. 

SCOTTISH LEAGUE RESULTS

In the Scottish League Cup semi-finals CELTIC won 2-0 at home to Kilmarnock and they are now on a total of 75 goals and a goal run of sixteen games. RANGERS had a tough job in beating ABERDEEN in their game as they had to beat a 10-man Aberdeen in extra time. After going a goal down in the first half, Rangers equalised in the last minutes of injury time in the second half. They went on to win 2-1 in extra time to face their rivals Celtic in the final. Rangers are now on a total of 54 goals and a goal run of seventeen games. Aberdeen picked up goal number 56. 

In the Premiership Champions HIBERNIAN drew 2-2 at home to Dundee Utd and they are now on a total of 39 goals.

In League One ALLOA won 2-1 at home to FC Edinburgh and are on a total of 47 goals. KELTY HEARTS drew 1-1 at home to Airdrie and they are on a total of 26 goals. 

In League Two STENHOUSEMUIR drew 1-1 away to East Fife and they are on a total of 45 goals and they have now scored in all of their last nineteen games.

Our best performing team are now STENHOUSEMUIR as they have now scored in all of their last 19 league/cup games played. They have a total of 45 goals. That gives them an average score of 1.7 goals per game. 

Our worst performing team is GILLINGHAM this weekend as they have picked up 19^th blank score sheets out of 33 League/Cup games played. 

Our highest goal scorers in our 40^th Season are CELTIC who won 9-0 away to Dundee Utd in the league and LIVERPOOL who won 9-0 at home to Bournemouth in the league both from Week Five.

Our 2010/11 Champion TONY GUY with his second selection, has remained at the top for his 12^th consecutive weekend. Tony picked up a total of 8 goals this week from Arsenal, Celtic and Sheffield Wednesday and is now 7 goals in front. James Blyth has moved to second place this weekend. James picked up a total of 3 goals from his combination of Ipswich, Manchester City and Sheffield Wednesday.  

At the other end at 108 we still have SANDRA NICHOLLS as she picked up just 2 goals. Sandra’s teams are Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and Leicester City. Sandra has now been here for a total of 12 weeks throughout the season. 

There is really no change in the top ten this week due to low scoring.
