Are Celtic Now Champions Again?

In the Premier League LIVERPOOL lost their 5th league game against Brentford in their shock 3-1 away defeat. Liverpool are on a total of 36 goals.

In the Championship top of the table BURNLEY won 2-1 away to SWANSEA. Burnley are on a total of 56 goals while Swansea hit goal number 38. MIDDLESBROUGH won 3-1 away to Birmingham and they are now on a total of 41 goals. Brough have now scored in all of their last ten games. NORWICH lost 1-0 at home to WATFORD and picked up their 6th blank of the season. Watford after a two game dry spell, are now on a total of 31 goals. WEST BROM won 1-0 at home to READING and are on a total of 33 goals and now have a goal run of seven games. Reading picked up their 8th blank score sheet. SHEFFIELD UNITED drew 1-1 away to QPR and that is their 44th goal of the season.

In League One DERBY picked up another four goals in their 4-0 home win against Accrington. Derby are now on a total of 45 goals. LINCOLN CITY drew 1-1 at home to IPSWICH and they are on a total of 32 goals while Ipswich are on 54 goals. SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY won 5-0 at home to Cambridge Utd and are now on a total of 55 goals.

In League Two CRAWLEY TOWN drew 2-2 away to Newport and have taken their goals total to 31 goals. GILLINGHAM lost 1-0 away to Stevenage and that is their 18th blank of the season. Gillingham have now score just one goal in their last four games.

In the Scottish Premiership, I think we can now say that CELTIC are Champions once again as they drew 2-2 away to rivals RANGERS. Celtic are still 9 points in the lead as they take their goals tally up to 71 and a goal run of fourteen games. Rangers are on a total of 50 goals and a goal run of fifteen games. ABERDEEN drew 0-0 at home to Ross County. That is their 4th blank of the season. HEARTS won 3-0 at home to HIBERNIAN. Hearts have taken their goals total to 35 goals while Hibs picked up their 7th blank score sheet and now two games in a row.
