DARYL NICHOLLS from Tranmere he also has Celtic and Manchester City. JOHN WOOD (Ziggy) from Scunthorpe and Stenhousemuir with two goals each,. His other team is Rangers.

100 MIDWEEK GOALS JACKPOT

WEEKEND RESULTS

This weekend it has been a very quite week for our teams due to the International games being played. We had just fifteen of our teams in action over the weekend with just one of them failing to score any goals. That was good news for the fifteen players who managed to pick up some goals from their combo’s. The Highest score over the weekend was four goals and they went to FLEETWOOD TOWN and TRANMERE ROVERS. FLEETWOOD from League One won 4-1away to Bristol Rovers and that has taken their goals tally up to 26 goals. Newly promoted TRANMERE won 4-3 away to Port Vale. With their highest result of the season to date, Tranmere are now on a total of 14 goals.

Fleetwood Town became our 107th voted English team and they started with us in the 2012/13 Season where they finished on a total of 60 goals. In the following season they finished on their highest score of 73 goals. The last time that Fleetwood played was in our 2017/18 Season where they finished on a total of 65 goals. This is Fleetwood’s fourth season with Golden Goals and over the four seasons they have netted a total of 224 goals. That now gives them a total of 56 goals per season. They have just one vote this season and they have picked up a total of four blank score sheets after a total of sixteen games.

Tranmere became our 48th voted English team and they first appeared in our 1985/86 Season where they finished on a total of 80 goals. The last time that we saw Tranmere on our pages was back in the 2009/10 Season where they finished on a total of 53 goals. This is their 18th Season with us and they have netted a total of 1250 goals. That now gives them an average score of 69 goals per season. They also have just one vote and in their total of fourteen games, they have picked up a total of seven blank score sheets.
