More games in the Scottish BETFRED CUP First Round Group Stages, we have four of our teams in play. They are in Group A, HEARTS who won 3-2 away to East Fife. Hearts are still top and they have won all four of their group games. They are on a total of 17 goals and have now scored in all of their seven games this season.
In Group B, COVE RANGERS lost 3-0
away to Dundee. Rangers have failed to win any of their three cup games and have
dropped down to fourth place in the group. So after a goal run of six games,
they have now picked up their first blank of the season.
In Group E, FALKIRK are still top as
they win 4-0 away to Dumbarton. Falkirk have won three out of their four group
games and they are now on a total of 17 goals. They have now scored in all of
their last six games this season.
In Group H, STENHOUSEMUIR are in fourth place in this group after they lost 4-0 at home to Livingston. Stenhousemuir have also failed to win any of their three group games. That is their second blank score sheet of the season.
