Week Seven

The highest score that we had from the weekend came from the English League One where MK DONS won 6-1 at home to Crewe.  This is now MK Dons highest score to date and they are still our best team with 28 goals. They have scored 14 goals in their last four games and they have only one blank score sheet to date. This is the MK Dons 6th Season with Golden Goals and their highest score that they have finished on is 105 back  in our 2011/12 Season. Their lowest was from last season with just 76 goals which is still really a good total to finish on.
 
PREMIERSHIP
CHELSEA have remained top here after they drew 1-1 away to MAN CITY. Chelsea are now on 16 goals and they have scored in all of their five games played this season. City take their goals tally to eight. The next team that we have in the table is ARSENAL in fourth place as they win 3-0 away to Aston Villa. Arsenal have scored in all of their five games but have a total of 10 goals and this is their highest score to date. It’s still going wrong for MAN UTD as they lost 5-3 away to Leicester City. Although this is united’s highest score of the season and are now on 9 goals, they have only won one out of their five games played. CYRSTAL PALCE beat EVERTON 3-2 away to take their goals total to 11 goals. Everton are also on 11 goals and they have also scored in all of their five games this season. QPR drew 2-2 at home to Stoke after going behind twice. Rangers have now picked up three goals in six games. LIVERPOOL picked up goal number seven as they lost 3-1 away to West Ham. TOTTENHAM lost 1-0 at home to West Brom to pick up their 2nd blank of the season.
 
CHAMPIONSHIP
NOTTINGHAM FOREST remained top here as they drew 0-0 away to Millwall. Forest pick up their first blank score sheet after a run of nine games. It’s another great week for NORWICH as they drew 2-2 at home to Birmingham to keep second place. Norwich are now on 20 goals and they have netted ten goals in their last four games. WOLVES come in at third place as they win 1-0 at home to Bolton to pick up goal number 10. WATFORD is fourth as they drew 1-1 at home against Bournemouth. Watford are on 17 goals this week. Five goals in a week for DERBY as they draw 2-2 at home to CARDIFF at the weekend. Derby are on 18 goals while Cardiff are on a total of  15. FULHAM picked up their 4th blank of the season as they lost 1-0 at home to Blackburn. LEEDS UTD are on fire as they pick up a total of six goals in a week. Leeds won 3-0 at home to Huddersfield this time round. Leeds are on 13 goals. CHARLTON picked up goal number 16 as they drew 1-1 away to ROTHERHAM. Rotherham are now on 7 goals. READING lost 1-0 away to Sheff  Wed to pick up their 2nd blank of the season.
 
LEAGUE ONE
BRISTOL CITY are still top here as they drew 3-3 away to Fleetwood. It’s their third game in a row of netting three goals in a game and they are now on a total of 19 goals. In second place is the MK DONS while PETERBOROUGH are third but they lost 1-0 away to Yeovil. That was Borough’s 3rd blank of the season. After a three game dry spell for goals, DONCASTER won 3-2 at home to Chesterfield and they are now on 12 goals. It’s also 12 goals for LEYTON ORIENT as they win 2-1 away to SCUNTHORPE. Scunthorpe are now on 9 goals. PRESTON are on 17 goals as they win 2-1 at home to Crawley. BARNSLEY lost 2-1 away to Port Vale and they picked up their 13th goal of the season. COVENTRY picked up their 2nd blank score sheet as they lost 1-0 away to Rochdale.
 
LEAGUE TWO                                                                                                         
BURY are still our highest team here in top place as they win 3-1 at home to Burton. Bury are now on a total of 17 goals. LUTON picked up another goal their 7th of the season as they win 1-0 away to Cambridge. Luton have now scored two goals in their last five games. STEVENAGE picked up their third blank score sheet as they drew 0-0 away to Oxford. PORTSMOUTH have had a good week with another goal at the weekend as they drew 1-1 at home to Wycombe. Portsmouth are now on 11goals.
 
SCOTTISH LEAGUES                                                                                                                       
HEARTS picked up the highest score for our Scottish teams as they win 5-1 at home to Cowdenbeath. This was also their biggest score to date and they are now on a total of 19 goals. CELTIC are on 13  goals as they drew 1-1 at home to Motherwell. RANGERS also drew 1-1 away to Alloa and are now on 19 goals. DUNFERMILNE are on 14 goals as they lost 2-1 away to Morton. STENHOUSEMUIR picked up their 3rd blank score sheet and now two in a row as they lost 1-0 away to Peterhead.
 
THE BEST THREE TEAMS ARE MK DONS (28) NORWICH (20) NOTTINGHAM FOREST (20) Total of 68 goals.
 
THE WORST THREE TEAMS ARE QPR (3) LUTON (7) LIVERPOOL (7)  Total of 17 goals.
 
QUEENS PARK RANGERS are still our worst team to date for this season. After six games which are five league games and a cup game, Rangers have only picked up three goal so far. They also have just one vote this season.
 
CELTIC, CHELSEA and  MK DONS have all picked up our highest score to date. Celtic beat Dundee UTD 6-1 at home in their second league game while Chelsea won 6-3 away to Everton in their third league game. MK Dons won 6-1 at home against Crewe in their eighth league game of the season.
