Seven Days Left to Go!
Our second update on what is
happening with the Golden Goals World Cup 2018 and after the first week since the
entry forms went out, we had a total of 35 that have joined in.
We usually don’t have a big
following with the World Cup but I would like to beat our biggest total of 56
in the 2006 Germany World Cup.
Although we have 27 days to
the start of the Games, here at Golden Goals you have just seven
days left to join in.
With the voting there seems
to be just the six nations that players are picking up. With the highest number
of votes so far it is still Germany. They have 27 votes. In second place with
23 we still have Brazil. In third place is Argentina with 19 and in fourth
place with 17 is France. Next comes Spain with 15 votes each.
And how are England doing?
Well they now have 7 votes at the moment. The host Nation Russia have just 3
votes. Out of the 32 nations taking part, we have sixteen of them. We still
have a long way to go before closing date of 25th May. So why not
give Golden Goals a go and see if you
can be our next Champion. For entry form, email goldengoals1983@gmail.com.
