Week Twenty-Four

In Week Twenty-Four of the competition we had our fourth player to pick up their second win of the season and it goes to TONY KING. Tony picked up the full amount of £6 in cash as he wins on the lowest score of the season with just 6 goals. Tony last won in Week Fifteen and he had to share his win with his highest score of the season with 12 goals. Since then he has picked up his first blank weekend score sheet and that was last weekend. His best team is Barnsley netting 52 of his total of 150 goals. Here are his teams once again

BARNSLEY 3, MK DONS 3, RANGERS -

100 MIDWEEK GOALS JACKPOT
Nineteen of us failed to pick up any goals in midweek this week but it was PAUL DAVEY our 2013/14 Champion that picked up the most amount of goals with twelve. Paul has Leeds United, Liverpool and Manchester City.
So the race for the cash has changed once again this week. Last week we had twenty-six of us with 50 or more midweek goals. This week it has doubled to fifty-two.
GRAHAM HARRIS is still out in front as he picks up just one goal from Tottenham and he now has a total of 75 goals. His combination is Hearts, Tottenham and West Brom. In second place and now just three goals behind Graham, we have JUNE TIGHE up from four last week with a total of 72 goals. In third place with a total of 66 goals we now have JOHN DAVIES down from two. In joint fourth place both on 65 goals we have ANN WELLARD down from three with KAREN SMITH joining her this week. In fifth place straight in this week we have TOBY BICKNELL, PHIL COLLINS, MICHAEL FISHER, DANNY HARRINGTON and JAMIE WOOD all with a total of 64 goals.

WEEKEND RESULTS
After a great Christmas and New Year start, we come back to earth with a big thump as our teams failed to score goals. This weekend all but twenty-nine of us have picked up some goals.
