Hibernian Win the Scottish Cup after 114 years.
HIBERNIAN have won the Scottish Cup final after they beat RANGERS
3-2 at Hampden Park. Hibs went into the lead after just three minutes of play with
a goal from Stokes before Rangers equalised within the half hour of the first
half. It was 1-1 at half time but Rangers came back with a goal after 64
minutes before Hibs scored two goals in the last ten minutes of play.
Hibernian may of missed out to play in the Premiership next season but
they do now have a shining new cup in the trophy room. Hibernian finished on a
total of 88 goals while Rangers although promoted back into the Premiership,
end their season on a total of 113 goals.
