Week Eighteen

It’s Week Eighteen of Season 34 and we have now had a total of twenty-two winners this season as we had just one player to pick up the full £6 cash prize money. Our winner who won on a score of 14 goals is NICK HORTON.
Nick started with Golden Goals back in the 2009/10 Season and in his first season he finished in 82nd place on 241 goals. Over the years he has kept his favourite team Arsenal and last season Nick finished in 104th place on a total of 225 goals although the season prior to that he did finish in the winning frame in 15th place on 279 goals winning over £8 in cash. This season Nick has been as high as second place in week eleven and has kept in the winning frame since week eight. With his personal best this weekend, Nick has picked up three blank score sheets and his best team is Celtic.
  ARSENAL 5, CELTIC 4, NORWICH 5

100 MIDWEEK GOALS JACKPOT                                                                                                Over half of you managed to pick up some goals this week with STALKY (2) (Bob Burgin) picking up the highest score of eight goals from his combination of Liverpool and Newcastle two each and Manchester United with four. The eight goals takes his midweek total to 52. So once again there has been a slight change for the race for the cash this weekend. DAVID SMITHERS is still top now with a total of 62 goals. His teams are Chelsea, Newcastle and Rangers. Up into second place this week with 61 goals is MANGO from four last week. In third place down from two is CHRIS SETFORD on a total of 59 goals.
