Rotherham Top of League One

We had twenty-five of our teams in action last night and we had some good results with plenty of goals.

In the Championship WEST BROM drew 0-0 away to Blackpool and that is their sixth blank score sheet and now two games in a row without a goal. PRESTON won 2-1 away to Middlesbrough and they are on a total of 32 goals. NOTTINGHAM FOREST drew 0-0 at home to Luton and they have now had a total of five blank score sheets. READING lost 1-0 at home to SHEFFIELD UNITED. Reading picked up their seventh blank of the season while United picked up goal number 26. 

In League One ROTHERHAM are now top after they won 2-0 away to IPSWICH. Rotherham are on 38 goals and have now scored in all of their last six games. Ipswich picked up their fourth blank score sheet and now two in a row. WYCOMBE are in second place after they won 2-0 away to PLYMOUTH who dropped down to third place. Wycombe are on a total of 35 goals while Plymouth picked up their fourth blank score sheet and now two in a row. BURTON ALBION picked up the highest result of the night and their personal best as they win 4-0 at home to Accrington. Burton have taken their goals tally to 23 goals after a two game dry spell. WIGAN drew 2-2 away to Cambridge Utd and they are on a total of 35 goals. PORTSMOUTH won 3-0 away to LINCOLN CITY and they are now on a total of 27 goals and a goal run of seven games. Lincoln picked up their seventh blank score sheet and now two in a row. It’s 30 goals for CHARLTON as they drew 2-2 away to Morecambe. OXFORD UNITED are back in action as they win 3-1 at home to Fleetwood. Oxford are now on a total of 35 goals. SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY are on 28 goals as they win 2-1 at home against MK Dons. SUNDERLAND drew 1-1 away to Shrewsbury and they are on 35 goals. BOLTON won 3-0 at home to Doncaster and they are now on a total of 32 goals. 

In League Two CARLISLE lost 2-0 at home to Harrogate and that is their eleventh blank of the season. EXETER lost 3-1 away to Colchester and they are on a total of 31 goals. STEVENAGE drew 2-2 away to Rochdale and they are on 29 goals. SALFORD CITY drew 1-1 at home to Bristol Rovers and that is goal number 24 for them. SCUNTHORPE drew 1-1 at home to Leyton Orient and they are on a total of 14 goals. It’s 30 goals for SUTTON UNITED after they won 2-0 at home against Mansfield. It’s also 30 goals for SWINDON as they win 3-1 at home to Hartlepool.
