It is with sad news that the new Covid Comicron variant is now taking hold here in the UK. We have already started to see games being cancelled and the weekend coming up does not look too good for our English teams. We are at the half-time stage here at Golden Goals and I just don’t think that this season is going to finish. The news is that a quarter of the EFL players are not intending to get the Covid-19 vaccine so this will mean that more games will be postponed as the days roll on. So while we can, here are a couple of games that did play last night.
In the Premier
League second place LIVERPOOL went a goal down against Newcastle but
won the game 3-1 tom take their goals tally to 53 goals and they keep their
100% scoring record going. CHELSEA drew 1-1 at home to Everton and they
are on 41 goals and a goal run of twelve games.
