FA CUP 5th Round and League Results

 

In the FA CUP fifth round out of the five teams that we here at Golden Goals had in action, only three have made it through to the next round. They are BRIGHTON who won 1-0 away to Stoke and the single goal takes their goals tally to 53. FULHAM won 2-0 at home to LEEDS UNITED and they are on a total of 44 goals while Leeds picked up their 11th blank of the season and now just one goal in their last four games. MANCHESTER CITY won 3-0 away to Bristol City and they have taken their goals tally up to 77 goals.

LEICESTER CITY are out of the cup after they lost 2-1 at home to Blackburn Rovers. City are on a total of 45 goals after they had failed to score in their previous two games. 

In the Championship LUTON drew 2-2 at home to Millwall and they are on a total of 49 goals. 

In League One DERBY have moved up to fifth place after they won 2-0 at home to Cheltenham and are on a total of 68 goals and a goal run of six games. LINCOLN CITY drew 1-1 at home to MK DONS and are on 40 goals while MK Dons hit goal number 44. PETERBOROUGH drew 0-0 at home to CHARLTON and picked up their 10th blank of the season. Charlton also picked up their 10th blank score sheet but now three games in a row without a goal. 

In League Two AFC WIMBLEDON lost 3-2 at home to Stevenage and they have taken their goals total to 39. SALFORD CITY drew 1-1 away to Barrow and they are on a total of 49 goals. GILLINGHAM lost 2-0 at home to BRADFORD CITY and that is now their 21st blank of the season. Bradford are on a total of 42 goals. CRAWLEY TOWN lost 1-0 away to Tranmere and they have now had a total of eleven blank score sheets. 

In the Scottish League Two, BONNYRIGG ROSE picked up goal number 34 after they drew 1-1 at home to Forfar. STENHOUSEMUIR after a goal run of 25 games picked up their 2nd blank of the season as they lost 1-0 away to Dumbarton.
