In
the Fifth Round of the FA Cup
replay, MANCHESTER CITY have made
easy work into the next round of the FA Cup
after they beat Huddersfield 5-1 at home. Although City went a goal down in the
first ten minutes of play. City made very sure that they were not going out in
this round. City are now on a total of
66 goals.
In
the Scottish Premiership, Champions CELTIC go marching on to be the first
team to hit 100 goals this season after they won 4-0 away to Inverness CT.
Celtic are now on a total of 93 goals. Third place RANGERS won 3-2 at home to St
JOHNSTONE and they are now on 61 while Johnstone are on 51 goals.
In their
Championship, top of the table HIBERNIAN lost 2-0 away to St Mirren
and that was their fifth blank score sheet of the season.
