Chelsea Still Top

We have had another fifteen of our Golden Goals teams in action and once again there were some high scores.
In the English Premiership, Champions CHELSEA beat MANCHESTER CITY 2-1 at home to take their goals total to 81 goals and they have now scored in all of their last fourteen games while City picked up goal number 74. TOTTENHAM are still seven points behind Chelsea as they win 3-1 away to Swansea. Tottenham are now on a total of 81 goals. ARSENALS are also on 81 goals as they beat London rivals WEST HAM 3-0 at home.  West Ham picked up their seventh blank score sheet of the season. It’s 80 goals for LIVERPOOL as they drew 2-2 at home to BOURNEMOUTH. Bournemouth are now on 48 goals. SOUTHAMPTON won 3-1 at home to Crystal palace and they are now also on 48 goals.
In the Championship NEWCASTLE go back on top of this league as they win 1-0 at home to Burton Albion. Newcastle are now on 88 goals. NORWICH lost 3-0 away to Huddersfield and that is their ninth blank of the season and now two in a row.
In League One SHEFFIELD UNITED are now six points clear of Bolton in second place as they win 2-0 at home to Coventry to take their goals tally to 87.

In Scottish Premiership CELTIC drew 1-1 at home to Partick and they are now on 106 goals. RANGERS in third place drew 0-0 away to KILMARNOCK and that was their fourth blank of the season while Kilmarnock picked up their thirteenth. St JOHNSTONE beat Hearts 1-0 at home to take their goals total to 56.
