Our Top Fifteen

We have ended up with a total of 48 people taking part in our eighth World Cup tournament. Out of the 32 nations taking part, we have only eighteen nations which have been voted for. 

All of the teams have now played their first games in the first round and below is our top fifteen players.

So who are the best teams that we have in the 2018 World Cup after the first set of games have been played. Well I can tell you that they are.

RUSSIA (5) BELGIUM (3) PORTUGAL (3) SPAIN (3) total of 14 goals.

All but three of our teams have scored in the first round and they have collected a total of 28 goals. In the last Golden Goals World Cup we reached a total of 37 goals from the first round. The three teams that have not scored are COSTA RICA, EGYPT and GERMANY.

RUSSIA holds the current record for the highest score with that 5-0 win over Saudi Arabia in Group A in their opening game.

As you can see, that Tony Jenkins has picked up the highest score after the first round opening games with the winning combination so far with Belgium, Brazil, Russia and Spain.
