We have had just two of our Golden
Goals teams in midweek action this week and only one of them scored.
That team was IPSWICH from the English Championship
where they suffered their biggest defeat of the season away to Reading. The
result went 5-1 to Reading but that gave Ipswich their 17th goal of
the season and it extends their goals run to eight games. This is also their lowest
number of goals scored in any game this season.
Hearts from
the Scottish Premiership had scored in all of their previous eight games, but
on Friday night they picked up their first blank score sheet as they lost 2-0
away to Inverness CT.
