CHESTERFIELD are through to the second round of the FA CUP after they beat non-league FC UTD of Manchester 4-1 away.
Chesterfield picked up their biggest score of the season in the first round of
the cup and the three goals now takes their goals tally to 27.
Chesterfield are our 57th
team to play in Golden Goals and
they are in their 6th Season with us. In their first season back in
1986/87, they finished on a total of 58 goals. In 2000/01 they picked up their
highest score of 84 goals. Last time out they finished on 68 goals back in our
2008/09 Season. They have scored a total of 363 goals over the years and that
gives them an average score of 60 goals per season to date.
This season they have just
one vote and they have had a total of five blank score sheets out of eighteen
games played.
