A couple of weeks ago I said that we here at Golden
Goals would be keeping an eye on Celtic this season to see if they can
beat last season’s record run of 47 games.
That record was to score in all of their league and the two
domestic cup competitions without getting a blank score sheet.
Well we have just finished week three to start week four and
there is some good news for the 113 votes that Celtic have this season.
By the end of week three last Season, Celtic had played
three games and scored a total of 11 goals. This season after four games they
have a total of 12 goals. So although they had played fewer games at this stage
last season, they are a goal up so far to date.
