We had another three of our English Championship
teams in action and two of them won their games.
With a goal in each half, SHEFFIELD UNITED moved up to second place in the league after they
beat WOLVES 2-0 at home. United have
taken their goals tally to 18 while Wolves who have now drop down to fourth
place, picked up their second blank score sheet of the season. BIRMINGHAM also won 1-0 at home to SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY to win their second
league game of the season out of ten played. Birmingham are now on a total of
12 goals.
