Scottish Results

In the Scottish League One, COVE RANGERS have played their second game of the week. They won 2-0 away to Montrose which still keeps them in second place. Rangers are on a total of 35 goals. FALKIRK have dropped down to fourth place after they lost 5-0 away to Partick. That is their eighth blank of the season. 

In League Two it’s another game for STENHOUSEMUIR but they have dropped down to seventh place after they lost 1-0 at home to Albion. Stenhousemuir have now had a total of eight blank score sheets to date.

Brentford in Play-Offs

In the Championship, BRENTFORD have saved their place in the play-offs as they win 1-0 at home to ROTHERHAM. Brentford are on a total of 86 goals while Rotherham picked up their eighteenth blank of the season and now just one goal in their last five games. 

In League One ACCRINGTON STANLEY drew 3-3 at home to PORTSMOUTH to take their goals tally to 63 while Portsmouth are now on a total of 75 goals. FLEETWOOD TOWN lost 5-2 away to Burton and they are on a total of 54 goals. CHARLTON drew 2-2 at home to CREWE and they are on a total of 68 goals to Crewe’s total of 57 goals. PETERBOROUGH are on 79 goals as they drew 2-2 at home to Doncaster. It’s 80 goals for LINCOLN CITY after they won 1-0 away to Shrewsbury. SUNDERLAND lost 1-0 at home to Blackpool and that is their seventh blank of the season. 

In League Two SALFORD CITY won 1-0 away to Bradford and they are on a total of 53 goals. CHELTENHAM drew 1-1 at home to Carlisle and they are on a total of 67 goals. EXETER after failing to score in their previous three games won 3-2 at home to Grimsby and they are now on a total of 73 goals. SCUNTHORPE picked up their nineteenth blank of the season and three in a row after they lost 4-0 away to Newport. 

In the Scottish League One COVE RANGERS drew 2-2 at home to Partick and they are on a total of 33 goals.

In League Two STENHOUSEMUIR drew 1-1 away to Annan to pick up goal number 33.

Leicester City Win Again

In the Premier League LEICESTER CITY went a goal down in the first half but came back to win 2-1 at home to Crystal Palace. Leicester are still in third place and they have taken their goals tally up to 72 goals.

Week Thirty-Four

In Week Thirty-Four of the competition we had just the one winner to pick up the full £6 Weekend Jackpot, winning on a score of 7 goals. They are RYAN FC who picks up his second win of the season. Ryan FC last won back in Week Fifteen taking the full amount. He has picked up a total of five blank score sheets and 39th is still his highest position to date. His winning teams are

100 MIDWEEK GOALS

All but one of us picked up some goals this week as we are now looking at beating that highest midweek score of 136 goals set by Daryl Nicholls in the 2016/17 Season. This week we now have a total of 23 players that are on or over the 100 goals mark. In the lead this week we now have MICHAEL JACOBSON with Bournemouth, Celtic and Manchester City with a total of 115 goals. SANSA-CLARA-LYANNA with Brentford, Manchester City and Watford and DEAN ZANIOUS with Brentford, Manchester City and Oxford United both down to second place with a total of 113 goals each. EMMA NEWMAN is now in third place with a total of 112 goals. 

WEEKEND RESULTS

We had fifty-five of our teams that played over the weekend and out of them, fourteen failed to score any goals. Well it seems that our teams play betterin midweek than they do at the weekends. We had another really rubbish weekend for goals as four players failed to pick up any goals this weekend. The average score for this weekend went up slightly from one goal last weekend to just 2 goals this weekend.

The highest score that we had over the weekend was just three goals once again and we had seven teams that picked them up. They came from ACCRINGTON STANLEY, HEARTS, LUTON, MIDDLESBROUGH, NORWICH, OXFORD UNITED and SUNDERLAND. 

Carabao League Cup Final

We had both teams in the final and they were MANCHESTER CITY and TOTTENHAM. But the first piece of silver wear for this season went to Manchester City by winning 1-0 with a very late goal in the 82nd minute. The goal takes City’s goal tally to 92 while Tottenham after a ten game goal run, picked up their seventh blank of the season. 

PREMIER LEAGUE

We had just nine of our teams in action here over the weekend. MANCHESTER UNITED in second place drew 0-0 away to LEEDS UNITED. United after a goal run of six games, picked up their ninth blank of the season while Leeds picked up their tenth. CHELSEA have moved into fourth place after they won 1-0 away to WEST HAM who are now in fifth place. Chelsea are on a total of 69 goals as West Ham picked up their seventh blank score sheet. LIVERPOOL are in sixth place as they drew 1-1 at home to Newcastle. Liverpool are on a total of 68 goals. BRIGHTON picked up their thirteenth blank and now three games in a row as they lost 1-0 away to bottom of the table Sheffield United, who are now relegated. ASTON VILLA drew 2-2 at home to WEST BROM and they are on a total of 53 goals while West Brom are on 37. WOLVES got hammered 4-0 at home to Burnley and that is their thirteenth blank of the season. 

CHAMPIONSHIP

Champions NORWICH  won 3-1 away to QPR and they have taken their goal tally to 72 goals. WATFORD are still in second place and they are promoted after they won 1-0 at home to Millwall. Watford picked up goal number 63.

In the Play-offs we still have three of the four teams here with BRENTFORD going back in to third place after they won 1-0 away to BOURNEMOUTH in fourth place. Brentford are on 85 goals while Bournemouth after a goal run of six games, picked up blank number ten. SWANSEA are down to fifth place as they drew 2-2 away to READING. Swansea are on 62 goals this week while Reading are on 61.

Meanwhile ROTHERHAM lost 1-0 away to Barnsley and that is their seventeenth blank of the season. CARDIFF won 2-1 at home against Wycombe and they are on a total of 61 goals. PRESTON won 1-0 away to Coventry and that is goal number 52 for them. DERBY lost 2-1 at home to BIRMINGHAM and they are on 33 goals to Birmingham’s total of 35. MIDDLESBROUGH won 3-1 at home to Sheffield Wednesday and that has taken their goals total up to 59. NOTTINGHAM FOREST drew 1-1 at home to STOKE and they are on 38 goals and Stoke are on a total of 52 goals. BRISTOL CITY lost 3-2 at home to LUTON and they are on 55 goals while Luton take theirs to 45. 

LEAGUE ONE

HULL are still top and are promoted this weekend after they won 2-1 away to LINCOLN CITY. Hull are now on a total of 82 goals and have extended their goal run to thirteen games. Lincoln City are on 79 goals. PETERBOROUGH are four points behind Hull in second place as they win 1-0 away to CHARLTON. Borough are on a total of 77 goals as Charlton picked up their eleventh blank of the season.  

In the Play-offs we again have three of the four teams. They are SUNDERLAND in third place after they drew 3-3 at home to ACCRINGTON STANLEY. Sunderland are now on a total of 66 goals and Accrington are now on a total of 60 goals. Lincoln City are still in fourth place with OXFORD UNITED have moved up to fifth place after they won 3-1 at home to PLYMOUTH. Oxford are now on a total of 73 goals and have now scored in all of their last eight games. Plymouth picked up goal number 64.

Meanwhile, PORTSMOUTH have given their change of a play-off place as they win 1-0 at home to Bristol Rovers. Portsmouth are on a total of 72 goals. CREWE drew 1-1 at home to Rochdale and they are on a total of 55 goals. FLEETWOOD TOWN are on 52 goals after they won 1-0 away to Doncaster. WIGAN drew 1-1 at home to Burton and they are on a total of 54 goals. SWINDON are relegated this weekend after they lost 5-0 away to MK Dons. That is Swindon's sixteenth blank of the season. 

LEAGUE TWO

CHELTEHAM are now back to the top after they won 1-0 at home to Colchester. Cheltenham are on a total of 66 goals. BOLTON are still in third place as they win 1-0 away to Morecambe. Bolton are on a total of 57 goals.

In the Play-offs we still have just one team of the four and they are TRANMERE. They are still in fifth place after they won 1-0 at home to Barrow. Tranmere are on a total of 58 goals.

Meanwhile HARROGATE TOWN drew 1-1 away to Carlsile and they are on a total of 49 goals. EXETER drew 0-0 at home to Newport and that is their fifteenth blank and now three games in a row without a goal. SALFORD CITY won 2-0 at home to Mansfield and they are on a total of 52 goals. SCUNTHORPE lost 2-0 at home to Walsall and they have now had a total of eighteen blanks this season and now two in a row. SOUTHEND won their ninth league game 2-1 at home to Leyton Orient. Southend are second from bottom and they are on a total of 29 goals after failing to score in their previous three games. 

SCOTTISH LEAGUES

In the Scottish WILLIAM HILL CUP Fifth Round we had three teams still in this competition. But all three are now out. MOTHERWELL drew 2-2 after extra time but then lost 4-2 on penalties against Hibernian. Motherwell are on a total of 43 goals and have extended their goal run to eight games. ABERDEEN lost 3-0 at home against Dundee utd. Aberdeen picked up their sixteenth blank of the season. RANGERS drew 1-1 at home to St Johnston after extra time and then went on to lose 4-2 on penalties. Rangers picked up goal number 94.

In the Championship Champions HEARTS won 3-0 at home to Inverness CT and they are now on a total of 67 goals.

In League One with these crazy play-offs, FALKIRK are now down to second place after they drew 2-2 at home to COVE RANGERS. Falkirk are on a total of 39 goals while Rangers have taken their goals total to 31 goals. 

In League Two play-offs, STENHOUSEMUIR lost 2-0 at home to Cowdenbeath to pick up their seventh blank of the season.

Our Best team this week are still RANGERS after they have now scored in all of their last thirty-six league/cup games. They have scored a total of 94 goals which now gives them an average score of 2.2 goals per game. 

Our worst team this weekend is SOUTHEND who have scored just five goals in their last fourteen games played. 

SOUTHEND have also picked up the most number of blank score sheets this season with twenty-six after forty-six games played. 

Our highest goal scorers in our 38th Season are MANCHESTER UNITED after they won 9-0 win at home against Southampton in the league in Week Twenty-Three.  

STEVE REEVE has remained at the top again this weekend as I picked up a total of 7 goals for the week. It’s now twelve weeks in a row at the top for me this week. My teams are Brentford, Manchester City and Rangers. But I have remained in 37th place in our Champions League this week. Michael Fisher is still in second place as he picked up 5 goals for the week. Michael is now seven goals behind me this week. His teams are Manchester City Manchester United and Rangers.

At the other end at 116 we still have John Nicholls who has now been there for eighteen consecutive weeks. Johns teams picked him up a total of 5goals from his combo of Bristol City, Fulham and West Brom.

City Winning in League

In the Premier League Champions MANCHESTER CITY went a goal down before they won 2-1 away to ASTON VILLA. City are on a total of 91 goals while Villa hit goal number 51. TOTTENHAM won 2-1 at home against Southampton and they are on a total of 75 goals and they have now scored in all of their last ten games. 

In the Championship BIRMINGHAM drew 1-1 at home to NOTTINGHAM FOREST and they are on a total of 33 goals to Forest’s total of 37. LUTON drew 0-0 at home to READING and that is their nineteenth blank of the season and Reading’s Twelfth. BOURNEMOUTH seem to be picking up goals now as they won 4-1 away to Millwall. Bournemouth have now scored in all of their last six games and they are now on a total of 82 goals. After a tow game dry spell for goals, ROTHERHAM lost 2-1 at home to MIDDLESBROUGH as they picked up goal number 44 Brough are on 56 goals. STOKE are on a total of 51 goals after they failed to score in their previous two games. They lost 3-2 at home to Coventry. BRISTOL CITY picked up another goal as they lost 2-1 away to Wycombe to take their goals total to 53.

 In the Scottish Premiership, Champion RANGERS lost more points as they drew 1-1 away to St Johnstone. Rangers are slowly getting to 100 goals mark with 93. Can they make it to 100 as time is running out now? CELTIC drew 1-1 away to ABERDEEN after going a goal down. Celtic are on a total of 76 goals while Aberdeen picked up goal number 38. MOTHERWELL have extended their goal run to seven games after they won 1-0 away to Hamilton.

Chelsea Move to Four

In the Premier League CHELSEA drew 0-0 at home to BRIGHTON and that is their ninth blank of the season to Brighton’s twelfth and now two in a row. Chelsea have moved above West Ham in fourth place. 

In the Championship Champions NORWICH lost 1-0 to second place WATFORD to pick up their ninth blank of the season after a goal run of fourteen games. Watford are on a total of 62 goals. BRENTFORD drew 1-1 at home to CARDIFF and they are on 84 goals to Cardiff’s total of 59. After failing to score in their last two games, PRESTON are now on a total of 51 goals as they win 3-0 at home to DERBY. Derby picked up their twenty-third blank of the season. SWANSEA picked up their eleventh blank score sheet as they lost 1-0 at home to QPR. 

In League One it’s 80 goals for HULL as they drew 2-2 at home to SUNDERLAND. Hull have extended their goal run to twelve games. Sunderland are on a total of 63 goals. PETERBOROUGH lost 1-0 at home to Gillingham and that is their ninth blank of the season after a goal run of ten games. OXFORD UNITED lost 2-1 away to AFC Wimbledon and they are on a total of 70 goals and they have now scored in all of their last seven games. After a two game dry spell for goals, it’s 50 goals for SALFORD CITY as they win 2-0 away to Walsall. 

In the Scottish Championship, HEARTS drew 0-0 away to Morton and that is their fourth blank of the season. 

In League One FALKIRK lost 1-0 away to Peterhead and that is their seventh blank and now two in a row and are down to second place. COVE RANGERS lost 1-0 away to Montrose and that is their sixth blank of the season and they are down to third place. The top five clubs now battle it out for the title and play-off spots, while the bottom five scramble to avoid the relegation zone.

Week Thirty-Three

In Week Thirty-Three of the competition we had three players to share the £6 Weekend Jackpot winning on a total of 6 goals. They are BARBARA BARNES (2), CHRIS DICKER and STUART KEMP (2). One of our winners becomes our 34th winner in our 38th Season and he is Chris Dicker. Chris started with us back in the 2011/12 Season on where he finished in 96th place with a total of 237 goals. Last season Chris finished in the winning frame in 3rd place with 322 goals and picked up one shared weekend win. This season this is the highest that Chris has been over the season and has picked up four blank weekend score’s. His best team is Manchester City.

Barbara is having a great time with her second combo as she picks up here sixth win of the season. Barbara last won in Week Twenty-Five and has picked up the most cash to date this season. She has picked up five blank weekend score sheets and third is still her highest this season. Rangers are her best team with this combo.

Stuart has picked up his third win of the season and it’s the second win with his second combo. This is Stuart’s highest position with his second combo and he has picked up four blank weekend score’s now. Manchester United is his best team with this one. Here are their winning teams

WEEKEND RESULTS

We had just forty-five of our teams that played over the weekend and out of them, seventeen failed to score any goals. This meant that we had a really rubbish weekend for goals as thirty-nine players failed to pick up any goals this weekend. The average score for this weekend fell down from eight goals of last weekend to just 1 goal this weekend. The highest score that we had over the weekend was just three goals and we had three teams that picked them up. They came from BOURNEMOUTH, MANCHESER UNITED and OXFORD UNITED. 

FA CUP Semi-Finals

We had three of the four teams left in the FA Cup and out of them two are through to the finals. They are CHELSEA as they beat MANCHESTER CITY 1-0. It was not a great semi-final to watch but the single goal now gives Chelsea a total of 68. City picked up their fourth blank of the season. They will be playing LEICESTER CITY as they won 1-0 against Southampton. Leicester are on a total of 67 goals. The final is to be played on Saturday 15th May. 

PREMIER LEAGUE

We had just five of our teams in action here over the weekend. Champions Manchester City are now just 8 points in front of MANCHESTER UNITED they win 3-1 at home to Burnley. United are on a total of 78 goals and they have now scored in all of their last six games. With Leicester City in third place WEST HAM are still in fourth place after they lost 3-2 away to Newcastle. West Ham are now on a total of 67 goals. ARSENAL drew 1-1 at home with FULHAM with a very late goal. Arsenal are on a total of 49 goals while Fulham picked up their 30th of the season. WOLVES won 1-0 at home to Sheffield United and they are on a total of 34 goals.

Swansea are on 60 goals this week.  BRENTFORD are down to fourth place after they drew 0-0 at home to Millwall.  That is their tenth blank of the season. ROTHERHAM lost 1-0 at home to BIRMINGHAM and that is their sixteenth blank of the season while Birmingham picked up goal number 32.

HULL are still top as they win 2-1 at home to Fleetwood Town. Hull are now on a total of 78 goals and have extended their goal run to eleven games. Fleetwood are on 51 goals. Peterborough are still three points behind Hull in second place.

SCUNTHORPE lost 3-2 away to Forest Green and they are now on a total of 44 goals. HARROGATE TOWN won 2-1 at home to Bradford and they are on a total of 48 goals. 

SCOTTISH LEAGUES

In the Scottish WILLIAM HILL CUP Fourth Round we already know that Motherwell are through to the next round and we had another two teams to join them. They are ABERDEEN who drew 2-2 at home against Livingston after extra time and then won 5-3 on penalties. Aberdeen are on a total of 37 goals. RANGERS beat CELTIC 2-0 at home to take their goals tally to 92 while Celtic picked up their seventh blank of the season.                   

       In League One FALKIRK are now joint top with just one more game to play as they lost 2-0                 away to second place COVE RANGERS. Falkirk picked up their sixth blank of the season while           Rangers have taken their goals total to 29 goals.

Our Best team this week are still RANGERS after they have now scored in all of their last thirty-four league/cup games. They have scored a total of 92 goals which still gives them an average score of 2.3 goals per game. 

Our worst team this weekend is SOUTHEND who have scored just three goals in their last twelve games played. 

SOUTHEND have also picked up the most number of blank score sheets this season with twenty-five after forty-four games played. 

Our highest goal scorers in our 38th Season are MANCHESTER UNITED after they won 9-0 win at home against Southampton in the league in Week Twenty-Three. 

STEVE REEVE has remained at the top again this weekend as I picked up a just two goals at the weekend. It’s now eleven weeks in a row at the top for me this week. My teams are Brentford, Manchester City and Rangers. The good news, well to me it is, is that I have at long last started to climb up our Champions League. This weekend I have beaten Phil Mocklers 1989/90 score of 263 goals. I have a long way to move up any further. Michael Fisher is still in second place as he picked up five goals at the weekend. Michael is now just five goals behind me this week. His teams are Manchester City Manchester United and Rangers.

At the other end at 116 we still have John Nicholls who has now been there for seventeen consecutive weeks. Johns teams picked him up a total of five goals from his combo of Bristol City, Fulham and West Brom.

League and Scottish Cup Results

In the Premier League, EVERTON played their second game of the week and they have drawn again this time it was at home to TOTTENHAM. They drew 2-2 and that has taken their goals tally to 65 while Tottenham are on 73. 

In the Championship, DERBY went a goal up before they lost 2-1 away to Blackburn Rovers. Derby picked up their 32nd goal of the season. READING drew 1-1 at home to CARDIFF CITY. Reading are on 59 goals to Cardiff’s total of 58 goals. 

In League One PETERBOROUGH won 3-1 at home to Northampton and they are now on a total of 76 goals and they have now scored in all of their last ten games. 

In League Two leaders CHELTENHAM lost 1-0 away to Crawley and that is their tenth blank of the season. 

In the WILLIAM HILL CUP Fourth Round, MOTHERWELL are through to the next round after they drew 1-1 at home to Morton after extra time. They then went on to win 5-3 on penalties.

No Goals Today


In the
Championship after their win earlier in the week, ROTHERHAM played their second game and lost 1-0 at home to Coventry. That is Rotherham’s fifteenth blank of the season. 

In the Scottish League Two STENHOUSEMUIR also played their second league game of the week and they also lost, 4-0 away to Stranraer. Stenhousemuir picked up their sixth blank score sheet to date.

Lincoln City and Oxford United Net Four

In the Championship, SWANSEA have moved up to third place after they won 2-0 away to Sheffield Wednesday. Swansea are on a total of 58 goals. Moving up to fifth place are BOURNEMOUTH as they win 2-1 away to Huddersfield. Bournemouth are on a total of 75 goals. After failing to score any goals in their last three games, ROTHERHAM are now on a total of 43 goals as they win 3-1 at home to QPR after going a goal down. 

In League One LINCOLN CITY are now in fourth place as they win 4-0 at home to MK Dons. Lincoln are now on a total of 76 goals. CREWE drew 0-0 at home to PORTSMOUTH and that is Crewe’s twelfth blank and Portsmouth’s Thirteenth. WIGAN won 2-1 at home to SUNDERLAND after going a goal down. Wigan are on a total of 49 goals to Sunderland’s total of 61. ACCRINGTON STANLEY picked up their twelfth blank score sheet as they drew 0-0 away to Blackpool. OXFORD UNITED won 4-1 at home to Shrewsbury and they have taken their goals tally to 66 goals. SWINDON are still second from bottom as they lost 2-1 away to Rochdale and they are on a total of 47 goals. 

In League Two TRANMERE ROVERS are down to fifth place after they lost 1-0 away to Walsall to pick up their seventeenth blank and now two in a row. SCUNTHORPE lost 4-1 away to Morecambe and they are on 42 goals after failing to score in their previous three games. EXETER lost 2-1 away to Barrow and that is their 70th goal of the season. HARROGATE TOWN drew 2-2 at home to Leyton Orient and they are on a total of 46 goals. SALFORD CITY picked up their fifteenth blank of the season as they lost 1-0 at home to BOLTON. Bolton are now on a total of 54 goals. 

In the Scottish League Two, STENHOUSEMUIR won 2-0 at home to Elgin. Stenhousemuir are on a total of 31 goals.

West Broms Fifth League Win

In the Premier League WEST BROM won 3-0 at home to Southampton and they have taken their goals tally to 35 goals and it’s only their fifth league win this season. BRIGHTON drew 0-0 at home against EVERTON. Brighton picked up their eleventh blank score sheet while Everton picked up their ninth and now just two goals in their last five games.

Week Thirty-Two

In Week Thirty-Two of the competition we had our first double Rollover worth £18 and it all went to MANGO (Paul Moran) Paul won on a score of 15 goals and becomes our second player to do that this season. We have now had a total of 33 winners to date this season.

Paul started with Golden Goals way back in our 1994/95 Season but sadly we have no records of that season. Last season Paul finished in 34th place with a total of 287 goals. This season he has been as high as third place in weeks ten and eleven. This is his person best score to date but he has also picked up a total of six blank score sheets. His best team is Brentford. Here are his teams

100 MIDWEEK GOALS

Once again over half of us picked up some goals this week as we are now looking at beating the highest midweek score of 136 goals set by Daryl Nicholls in the 2016/17 Season. We are also looking to beat the number of players to reach 100 midweek goals. Last season we had a record breaking 51 players that reached the 100 or more midweek goals. This week we now have a total of twelve players that are on or over the 100 goals mark. In the lead this week we have SANSA-CLARA-LYANNA with Brentford, Manchester City and Watford with a total of 109 goals. RAYMOND HARROD and MICHAEL JACOBSON are both on a total of 106 goals in second place. 

WEEKEND RESULTS

We had fifty-two of our teams that played over the weekend and out of them, thirteen failed to score any goals. The good news is that only one player failed to pick up any goals this weekend as we had a very rare crazy weekend for goals. The average score for this weekend shot up from five goals of last weekend to 8 goals this weekend. The highest score that we had over the weekend was six goals and we had two teams that picked them up. They came from CELTIC and OXFORD UNITED. 

PREMIER LEAGUE

Champions MANCHESTER CITY are now 11 points in front as they lost their fourth league game 2-1 at home to LEEDS UNITED. City have taken their goals tally up to 89 goals while Leeds are on a total of 50 goals. MANCHESTER UNITED are in second place after they won 3-1 away to TOTTENHAM after going a goal down. United are on a total of 75 goals as Tottenham picked up goal number 71 and they have now scored in all of their last eight games. LEICESTER CITY are still in third place but lost 3-2 away to WEST HAM. Leicester are on a total of 66 goals while West Ham are now on a total of 65 and now nine goals in their last three games. They have also moved back to fourth place in the league. CHELSEA are in fifth place as they win 4-1 away to Crystal Palace. Chelsea are on a total of 67 goals. LIVERPOOL won 2-1 at home to ASTON VILLA and they are on a total of 66 goals while Villa picked up their 50th goal of the season. ARSENAL won 3-0 away to bottom of the table Sheffield United and they are now on a total of 48 goals.

CHAMPIONSHIP

Champions NORWICH  won 1-0 away to DERBY and that is their 68th goal of the season and a goal run of thirteen games. Derby picked up their twenty-second blank of the season. Watford are still in second place after their win on Friday night.

In the Play-offs we have three of the four teams here. BRENTFORD are in third place as they win 5-0 away to PRESTON. Brentford are now on a total of 83 goals while Preston picked up their eighteenth blank of the season. SWANSEA are in fourth place after they won 3-0 away to Millwall and they are now on a total of 56 goals after failing to score in their previous four games. BOURNEMOUTH are in sixth place as they win 4-1 at home to Coventry. Bournemouth have taken their goals tally up to 73.

Meanwhile MIDDLESBROUGH picked up their fourteenth blank of the season as they lost 2-0 away to Barnsley. BIRMINGHAM won 2-0 at home to STOKE and they are on a total of 31 goals as Stoke picked up their fifteenth blank of the season. BRISTOL CITY drew 0-0 at home to NOTTINGHAM FOREST and picked up their twentieth blank score sheet and now just one goal in their last five games. Forest picked up their eighteenth blank. After two blank score sheets, CARDIFF drew 2-2 at home to Blackburn and they are on 57 goals. ROTHERHAM drew 0-0 away to Huddersfield and that is their fourteenth blank and now three games in a row. LUTON won 2-1 away to Wycombe and they are on a total of 41 goals. 

LEAGUE ONE

HULL are still top as they win 3-0 away to PLYMOUTH. Hull are now on a total of 76 goals and have extended their goal run to ten games. PETERBOROUGH are three points behind Hull as they win 3-0 away to SWINDON. Borough are now on a total of 73 goals and have now scored in all of their last nine games. Swindon who are second from bottom, picked up their fifteenth blank of the season.

In the Play-offs we again have three of the four teams. They are SUNDERLAND in third place as they lost 2-1 at home to CHARLTON. Sunderland are on 60 goals and have scored in all of their last twenty-one games. Charlton are on 60 goals and have scored in all of their last six games. In fifth place is PORTSMOUTH as they lost 2-1 at home to Burton. Portsmouth have a total of 70 goals. LINCOLN CITY are back in play and they drew 2-2 at home to Blackpool. Lincoln are now on a total of 72 goals.

Meanwhile, ACCRINGTON STANLEY lost 5-1 at home to AFC Wimbledon and that was their 54th goal of the season. With their biggest result of the season, OXFORD UNITED won 6-0 away to CREWE and they are on a total of 62 goals while Crewe picked up their eleventh blank of the season. After failing to score in their last three games, WIGAN are now on a total of 47 goals as they win 4-1 away to Doncaster. It’s 50 goals for FLEETWOOD TOWN as they win 1-0 at home to Rochdale. 

LEAGUE TWO

CHELTEHAM are still top here as they win 1-0 at home to Leyton Orient. Cheltenham are on a total of 64 goals. BOLTON are in third place as they win 2-1 at home to HARROGATE TOWN. Bolton after a two game dry spell are now on a total of 53 goals while Harrogate, after a four game dry spell picked up goal number 44.

In the Play-offs we have just one team, of the four and they are TRANMERE. They drew 0-0 away to SCUNTHORPE as both teams picked up their sixteenth blank of the season. Scunthorpe have failed to score in their last three games now.

Meanwhile EXETER won 4-1 away to Cambridge Utd and they are now on a total of 69 goals after failing to score in their last two games. SALFORD CITY won 2-1 at home to Stevenage and they are now on a total of 48 goals. SOUTHEND drew 0-0 at home to Crawley and that is their twenty-fourth blank of the season and now just three goals in their last eleven games. 

SCOTTISH LEAGUES

In the Premiership Champions RANGERS won 2-1 at home to Hibernian and they are on  a total of 90 goals. CELTIC in second place won 6-0 at home to Livingston and they have taken their goals tally up to 75 goals. ABERDEEN in fourth place won 1-0 away to St Johnstone and are on 35 goals. MOTHERWELL are on 39 goals as they win 1-0 at home to St Mirren.

In League One FALKIRK are still top as they win 2-1 at home against Clyde and they are on a total of 37 goals. COVE RANGERS in second place won 1-0 at home to Dumbarton and they are on a total of 27 goals.

In League Two STENHOUSEMUIR lost 3-1 at home to Queens Park and they are on a total of 29 goals.
