Week Twelve

In Week Twelve of the competition we had our second Rollover of the season and we had two winners of which one of them picks up his second win of the season. Our winners share the Rollover prize money of £12 and they are CLIFF BAMBRIDGE and MARK UNSTEAD and they won on a  score of 12 goals each.
Cliff has picked up his second win of the season and he is the first player to do that this season. Cliff won in Week Two on this season’s record score of sixteen goals. He has so far stayed in the winning frame and he has picked up just two blank score sheets.
Mark has become our fifteenth winner of the season and he started with us back in the 2013/14 Season on where he finished in 42nd place on a total of 281 goals but he did have one weekend win worth £5. Last season, Mark finished in 61st place on 293 goals. This season this is he’s highest to date and he also has a 100% scoring record. This is the second weekend that Mark has hit twelve goals in the weekend. Here are our winners teams

Cliff  CELTIC 6, FALKIRK 4, MANCHESTER CITY 2
Mark  CELTIC 6, LEYTON ORIENT 4, MANCHESTER CITY 2

100 MIDWEEK GOALS JACKPOT

WEEKEND RESULTS
Well it’s nice to see the football back but it was not a happy restart this weekend. We had seven of our teams with out a game over the weekend and another sixteen that failed to net any goals. So the weekends average score was just 4 goals. But the good news is that we all picked up some goals.
The highest score that we had came from the Scottish  Premiership where CELTIC won 6-0 at home to Ross County to take their goals tally up to 35 goals.  At this stage last season they were on just 21 goals.
