In the first leg of the Carabao/League
Cup Semi-Finals, MANCHESTER CITY
won this leg 3-1 away to rivals MANCHESTER
UNITED. City went 3-0 up by half time but United came back with a goal in
the 70th minute. City are now on a total of 72 goals and have extended
their goal run to seventeen games. United after a two game dry spell for goals,
picked up goal number 39.
In League One DONCASTER are now on a total of 37
goals after they won 2-0 at home to Shrewsbury. Doncaster have now scored in
all of their last seven games.
