In the Championship PORTSMOUTH lost 1-0 at home to MILLWALL and picked up their 13th blank of the season. Millwall are on a total of 32 goals.
In League One it’s 50 goals for top of the table BIRMINGHAM CITY after they won 1-0 away to HUDDERSFIELD TOWN. Huddersfield picked up their 7th blank score sheet and now 2 in a row. BOLTON won 3-1 at home to Northampton Town and are now on a total of 48 goals and have extended their goal run to 9 league/cup games. CHARLTON won 2-0 at home to Bristol Rovers and are on a total of 43 goals and have now scored in all of their last 5 league/cup games. BLACKPOOL won 2-0 away to Lincoln City and are on a total of 48 goals and a goal run of 5 league/cup games. PETERBOROUGH won 1-0 at home to Wigan and are on a total of 52 goals. Nervous Leeds Drop Points

Week Twenty-Five
In Week Twenty-Five of the competition, we had our fourth Rollover of the season worth £10 and it was shared between 2 players. They are MICK LIDDLE and MALCOLM STUBBS winning on a score of 11 goals. Both are first time winners to the season which now brings our winners total up to 27.
Mick started with Golden Goals back in the 1996/97 Season on where he finished in 92nd place with 206 goals. He picked up one weekend win. Last season, Mick finished in 66th place with a total of 286 goals. This season he has been as high as 39 position in Week Six and has picked up just 2 blank weekend score sheets. His best team is Liverpool.
Malcolm started with us before the 1995/96 Season, but we have lost the records for that year. Last season, Malcolm finished in 89th place with 274 goals. Malcolm has finished in the winning frame in the 2019/20 Season in 9th place with 315 goals. He also had one weekend win. This season he has been as high as 69th place in Week Six. He has picked up 4 weekend blank score sheets to date. His best team is Manchester City. Here are our winners teams.

100 MIDWEEK GOALS JACKPOT
Over half of us managed to pick up some more goals during midweek, so the race for the 100 Midweek Goals Jackpot has changed slightly from last week. We now have a total of 28 players that are on or over the halfway mark. The highest score went to PHIL COLLINS with a total of 9 goals each. They came from Burnley, Luton and Sheffield United and Phil is now on a total of 51 midweek goals.
Leading the race this week we still have BARBARA BARNES (2) but also back we have ALFIE DIMMOCK up from two. Both are now on a total of 58 goals. In second place up from three we have MARTIN CORBETT on a total of 56 goals. In third place we still have PETER WELLARD but he is now joined with BARRY BURROUGHS up from four, RICKY WOOD our 2007/08 Champion, up from five and DAVID BARRETT comes back in the race this week all with a total of 55 goals. In fourth place we still have CHRIS SETFORD but joining him this week, we have BRUCE SELF down from three with LOUIE HARRINGTON up from five. All three are on a total of 54 goals. In fifth place, all on a total of 53 goals, we still have TOBY BICKNELL our 2014/15 Champion. Behind our leaders, we have a total of 6 players all on 52 goals.
WEEKEND RESULTS
We had 7 of our teams without a game this weekend and we had another 9 teams that failed to score any goals. Although it seems that we had a few high scores this weekend, we had a very bad weekend as the average score fell from seven of last weekend to just 4 goals this weekend. So if you have done better than that? Well done. The highest score over the weekend was 5 goals, and we had two of our teams that reached that number. One came from the Premier League with AFC BOURNEMOUTH and the other from the Championship, with NORWICH CITY. Here are the rest of the weekend results.

Top of the table LIVERPOOL won 4-1 at home to IPSWICH TOWN. Liverpool are on a total of 68 goals while Ipswich are on 26 goals. In second place we have ARSENAL who won 1-0 away to Wolves and picked up goal number 56. AFC BOURNEMOUTH won 5-0 at home to Nottingham Forest and have taken their goal tally to 43 goals and have scored in all of their last 6 league/cup games. NEWCASTLE won 3-1 away to bottom of the table SOUTHAMPTON and are now on a total of 53 goals and have now scored in all of their last 14 league/cup games. Southampton picked up goal number 29. MANCHESTER CITY won 3-1 at home to CHELSEA and are now on a total of 58 goals and they have extended their goal run to 11 league/cup games. Chelsea are on 55 goals and have now scored in all of their last 5 league/cup games. CRYSTAL PALCE lost 2-1 at home to Brentford and picked up goal number 37 and a goal run of 6 league/cup games. Hearts in Next Round of Cup
In the SCOTTISH CUP 4th Round, HEARTS are our first team through after they won 4-1 away to non-league Brechin City. Hearts have now taken their goals tally up to 29 goals.
In League Two CLYDE lost 2-0 at home to Edinburgh City and picked up their seventh blank of the season and now 2 in a row.

MANCHESTER UNITED won 3-1 at home to bottom of the table SOUTHAMPTON after going a goal down by half time. With 3 late goals, United have taken their goals total to 42 while Southampton hit goal number 26.

Arsenal in Second Place
In the Premier League in the north London derby, ARSENAL won 2-1 at home to TOTTENHAM and are on a total of 53 goals while Tottenham are on 55 goals and a goal run of 5 games. ASTON VILLA won 1-0 away to Everton and picked up goal number 36. CRYSTAL PALACE won 2-0 away to LEICESTER CITY and are on a total of 34 goals. City picked up their 6th blank of the season. NEWCASTLE UNITED won 3-0 at home to Wolves and are now on a total of 49 goals and have now scored in all of their last 12 league/cup games.
In the Championship PORTSMOUTH picked up their 12th blank of the season after they lost 3-0 away to Plymouth. Portsmouth have now failed top score in all of their last 3 games.
In the Scottish Premiership RANGERS won 3-0 at home to Aberdeen and are now on a total of 54 goals. Rangers have now scored in all of their last 17 league/cup games.

Preston Still in FA Cup
In the FA CUP 3rd Round games, we had another 2 of our teams in action and they had to play each other. PRESTON NE will be going into the next round after they won 2-1 at home to CHARLTON. Preston are on a total of 38 goals and have now scored in all of their last 10 league/cup games. Charlton picked up goal number 36.
In the Premier League, top of the table LIVERPOOL drew their fifth league game 1-1 away to Nottingham Forest and are on a total of 62 goals. CHELSEA drew 2-2 at home against AFC BOURNEMOUTH and are on a total of 51 goals. Bournemouth are on 34 goals. MANCHESTER CITY day to Brentford and are on a total of 49 goals and have now scored in all of their last 9 league/cup games. It’s 30 goals for WEST HAM as they win 3-2 at home to Fulham.
In the Championship OXFORD UNITED drew 1-1 away to Plymouth and hit goal number 32 and now have a goal run of 6 league/cup games.
In the Scottish Premiership, top of the table CELTIC drew their third league game, 3-3 away to DUNDEE. Celtic are now on a total of 81 goals while Dundee, are now on a total of 61 goals and a goal run of 5 league/cup games.
In League Two it’s 40 goals for PETERHEAD after they won 1-0 at home against Stranraer.

Week Twenty-Three
In Week Twenty-Three of the competition, we had our 25th winner of the season as we had one player to win the Weekend Jackpot of £5. That went to KYLE HAMMOND who won on this season’s top score of 18 goals, which is his personal best score for this season.
Kyle started with Golden Goals last season where he finished in 108th place with a total of 236 goals. Kyle did pick up one shared weekend win. This season, Kyle has been as high as 61st place back in Week Six. He has picked up a total of 3 blank weekend score sheets and Liverpool is his best team to date. Kyle’s winning teams are

100 MIDWEEK GOALS JACKPOT
Over half of us managed to pick up some more goals during midweek, so the race for the 100 Midweek Goals Jackpot has changed slightly from last week. We still have just 3 players that are on or over the halfway mark. The highest score went to GUY DOWSETT (2) with a total of 6 goals. They came from Arsenal, Celtic and East Fife. Guy is now on a total of 44 goals.
Staying out in front this week we have ALFIE DIMMOCK still with a total of 53 goals. His teams are Arsenal, Bolton and Leeds United. In second place we now have BARBARA BARNES (2) up from three now with a total of 52 goals. In third place we have MARTIN CORBETT down from two still with a total of 51 goals. In fourth place with 49 goals we now have RICKY WOOD our 2007/08 Champion, moves up from fifth place now with a total of 49 goals. In fifth place, all on a total of 48 goals, we have ANTHONEY POMERANTZ moves down from four, with BARRY BURROUGHS, CHRIS SETFORD and PETER WELLARD all coming back in to the race.
WEEKEND RESULTS
The weather had a big impact on our football over the weekend once again. We therefor had 19 of our teams without a game this weekend, but we had another 8 of our teams that failed to score any goals. With the FA CUP third round games, we had some really high scores. So we had a great weekend once again. The average score this weekend shot up from last week's six to 9 goals, which is the highest for this season so far. So if you have done better than that? Well done. The highest score over the weekend was 8 goals, which is our highest score of the season. They came from the FA CUP Third Third Round where MANCHESTER CITY won 8-0 at home to Salford City. FA CUP Third Round
We had a total of 22 of our teams in this round playing over the weekend. We had 15 that have made it through to the next round. They are BIRMINGHAM CITY after they won 2-1 at home to Lincoln City and are on a total of 47 goals, LIVERPOOL won 4-0 at home to Accrington Stanley and are now on a total of 61 goals, LEICESTER CITY won 6-2 at home to QPR. Leicester with their biggest win of the season, have now taken their goals tally to 35. CHELSEA won 5-0 at home to Morecambe and have taken their total to 49 goals. AFC BOURNEMOUTH won 5-1 at home against WBA and with their biggest result of the season, have taken their goals tally up to 32 goals. BURNLEY won 3-1 away to Reading after extra time. Burnley are now on a total of 34 goals. LEEDS UNITED won 1-0 at home to Harrogate Town and are on a total of 49 goals and they have now scored in all of their last 9 league/cup games. With their highest result of the season, MANCHESTER CITY won 8-0 at home to Salford City and have taken their goals tally to 47 goals and have now scored in all of their last 8 league/cup games. DONCASTER ROVERS drew 1-1 after the full 90 minutes and that score remained after extra time. Doncaster then won 5-4 on penalties. Doncaster are on a total of 41. TOTTENHAM won 3-0 in extra time away to non-league Tamworth, which now takes their goals total to 54. ARSENAL drew 1-1 at home to 10 men MANCHESTER UNITED after the 90 minutes and thats how it finished after extra time. Arsenal are on a total of 51 goals while United hit goal number 39. United won 5-3 on penalties. CRYSTAL PALACE won 1-0 at home to Stockport County and picked up gaol number 32. IPSWICH TOWN won 3-0 at home to Bristol Rovers and are now on a total of 25 goals. NEWCASTLE UNITED won 3-1 at home to BROMLEY and are now on a total of 46 goals and a goal run of 11 league/cup games. Bromley are on 43 goals and they have now scored in all of their last 6 league/cup games. SOUTHAMPTON won 3-0 at home to SWANSEA CITY and are now on a total of 25 goals. Swansea picked up their eleventh blank of the season.
Other teams that went out are MIDDLESBROUGH after they lost 1-0 at home to Blackburn Rovers and picked up their eighth blank of the season. OXFORD UNITED lost 3-1 away to Exeter City. Oxford are on a total of 31 goals and have now scored in all of their last 5 league/cup games. NORWICH CITY lost 4-0 at home to Brighton and picked up their eighth blank of the season after a goal run of 6 league/cup games. LUTON TOWN lost 2-0 away to Nottingham Forest and that is their eighth blank of the season.
LEAGUE ONE
We only managed to have 1 game played here this weekend. Birmingham City remain at the top.
In the Play-offs we have three of the four teams. In third place we still have Wrexham with Huddersfield Town in fourth place. Barnsley are in fifth place.
Meanwhile the only game played here is where BOLTON lost 3-1 away to Rotherham and picked up goal number 41 and have now scored in all of their last 5 league games.
SCOTTISH LEAGUES
In the Premiership, Champions CELTIC remained top after they won 4-1 away to ROSS COUNTY. Celtic have taken their goals total to 78 goals. County are on a total of 33 goals and have now scored in all of their last 7 league/cup games. RANGERS remain in second place after they won 3-1 at home to St Johnstone. Rangers are on a total of 51 goals and have now scored in all of their last 16 league/cup games. HEARTS drew 0-0 away to Aberdeen and after scoring in all of their last 5 league/cup games, Hearts picked up their seventh blank of the season.
In the Championship, top of the table FALKIRK drew their 4th league game 0-0 at home to Queen’s Park. After a goal run of 6 games, Falkirk picked up their fifth blank of the season.
In League One, STENHOUSEMUIR are still in second place after they drew 0-0 away to Kelty Hearts Stenhousemuir have now had a total of eleven blank score sheets.
In League Two EAST FIFE are still top after they won 3-0 at home to CLYDE. Fife are now on a total of 51 goals while Clyde picked up their sixth blank score sheet after a goal run of 7 league/cup games. PETERHEAD in second place won 1-0 away to Edinburgh City and are on a total of 39 goals.

Our highest goal-scoring team that we have in our 42nd Season are MANCHESTER CITY after they won 8-0 at home to Salford City in the FA Cup 3rd Round in Week Twenty-Three.
GEOFF DOCKERILL our 1994/95 Champion, is celebrating his second weekend at the top after his teams picked him up a total of 11 goals from the week. Geoff’s teams are Arsenal, Celtic and Liverpool. Luke Hammond has moved up to second place, just 2 goals behind Geoff. Luke picked up a total of 15 goals from the week and his teams are Celtic, Chelsea and Liverpool.
At the other end at 114 we still have CHARLIE FARLEY with his ninth consecutive weekend. Charlie’s teams picked up just 1 goal from the weekend. His teams are Kilmarnock, Ross County and Stenhousemuir.
