In Week Nineteen of the competition we had two winners this weekend which now takes our winners total to twenty-two. Our two winners had a share the £6 cash prize money and they are BARRY BURROUGHS and PETER WELLARD. Both won on a total of 10 goals.
Barry has been with Golden Goals for nine seasons now as he started in the 2010/11 Season where he finished in the winning frame in 20th place with 284 goals. With one shared weekend win, Barry won just under £8 in cash. Last season he finished in the winning frame once again in third place with 328 goals. With another shared weekend win, Barry won just over £40 in cash. This season he has picked up three blank score sheets and his highest position to date is 57th in Week One.
Peter started with us back in the 2004/05 Season where he finished in 57th place with 261 goals and he had two weekend wins. There was a spell where Peter went missing in action but I am pleased to say that he has been back for the last three seasons. Last season peter finished in 95th place with a total of 268 goals.
