We had more Carabao Cup action last night in where we had another three of our teams through to the quarter-finals. They were BRENTFORD who won 3-0 at home to FULHAM. Brentford are now on a total of 12 goals while Fulham picked up their second blank in a week and now three in six games. STOKE go through as they win 1-0 away to ASTON VILLA. Stoke picked up goal number four while Villa picked up their first blank of the season. Last season’s champions, LIVERPOOL drew 0-0 against ARSENAL with both teams picking up their first blanks of the season. Arsenal went on to win 5-4 on penalties.
