WEEKEND RESULTS

This weekend we had nine of our teams without a game over the weekend and another ten teams that failed to score any goals. The good news is that we all picked up some goals from our combo’s and this weekend the average score has remained at 5 goals. With their biggest result of the season, Villa are now on a total of 17 goals while Liverpool are on 18. Aston Villa Started in our very first season and they were our 23rd voted English team. In that season they finished on a total of 73 goals. We had to wait till the 2018/19 Season for them to get their highest score with 87 goals. Last season they finished on 61 goals. This is their 20th Season with Golden Goals and over the years they have netted a total of 1252 goals which gives them an average score of 62 goals per season. They have started off very well in this unusual season and after six games played they have picked up just one blank score sheet. They have just one vote this season.
