In the Scottish Betfred Cup First Round we had four of our teams in action and in Group A HEARTS won 3-1 at home to Raith Rovers. Hearts are top of their group after winning all three games and they now have a total of 5 goals. In Group B, COVE RANGERS drew 2-2 away to non-league Brora Rangers and then went on to win 3-2 on penalties. In Group E FALKIRK won 2-1 at home to Clyde and they are now on a total of 5 goals and second in this group. In Group H STENHOUSEMUIR lost 2-0 at home to Airdrie to pick up their first blank of the season.
In
the English League Two, CHELTENHAM
lost 3-1 at home to Grimsby. The single now gives Cheltenham a total of 11
goals and they have extended their goal run to seven games.
